Our product range contains a wide range of Moong Dal Badi and Urad Dal Badi
These are Mung Daal ki Vadi with Ginger.
There are no added preservatives or other stabilising agents. Just plain Daal batter with spices ground with it.
The other ingredients added are sea/sendha salt and about 2% mustard oil by weight.
The Vadi though is dried in the Sun, to avoid dust etc., I dry them indoors.
The shelf life is 3 months. Everything is done by hand with normal mixer grinder and hand beaters. Hygiene is maintained and is a priority.
Nothing is available off-the-shelf; Produced on-order only.
Additional Information:
Packaging Details : The Varri/Borri would be packed in plastic bags of 50gms each and 4 such bags will be packed in a plastic box and sealed with adhesive tape. These boxes will then be put in cardboard boxes. each box will weigh 9.6kgs.
Delivery Time : 1 month
These are Urad Daal ki Vadi with Saunf/Fennel Seeds.
