Machine for Springs
This machine consist of special type of Roller Conveyor System in which the Springs are rotated while they are longitudinally transported into Blast Cabinet. The springs are loaded on Roller Conveyor of machine. These springs are transferred while rotating into Blast Cabinet. In Blast Cabinet, one or two Blast Wheel Station are strategically positioned and fire abrasive on spring. The speed and angle of shots, quantum of shots and size of shots are well controlled as per requirement. The shot peened spring come out from outlet portion of machine from where it is pushed out automatically by a Pneumatic Pusher. The speed of conveyor can be varied as per requirement. The inlet and outlet vestibules has spring steel type of rubber curtain which prevent escape of shots. The machine is equipped with shot recovery cleaning & classification system. Machine can be further equipped with shot quantity controller like Magna Valve etc. The entire operation of machine is PLC controlled. The PLC unit is located on control panel and programmed as per requirement.
