Rotary Barrel TypeSend EnquiryRotary Barrel Type Sand Blasting Machine designed for Sand Blast Cleaning of small or medium size iron, steel, alloy and non-ferrous castings, forgings, heat treated parts, pressings and Fabrications at the lowest possible cost.
Capacity :100/150 kgs load 1.5/3 cft effective volume. The cleaning rate depends on nature of job, degree of surface preparation required and type of abrasive used.
Blast Wheel :The most effective abrasive throwing unit fitted capable of projecting optimum quantity of abrasive per horse power.
Low Maintainence :Rugged and sturdy overall construction of machine ensure minimum operational and maintenance cost, where vulnerable components are lined with wear resistant materials.
Desgin :Through tumbling action of the barrel and slow speed rotation of barrel, the protection of delicate casting is ensured.
Controls :All controls are centrally located on the machine itself. All necessary safety features are provided.
Timer :The machine can be pre-set for blasting cycle by Electronic Timer.
