SMO 254 Plates (UNS S31254) is used in flue-gas cleaning, desalination, heat exchangers, and more. SMO 254 Coils is low magnetic permeability. Due to a higher strength and alloy materials, the steel is difficult to machine. Hardening in 254 SMO Sheets can only be achieved through cold reduction. 254 SMO Plates are also used in offshore oil & gas production machinery, desalination equipment, and so on. These 254 SMO Coils has excellent workability and weldability. Our product is also used in aircraft construction, especially in making the frames and skin of experimental rocket planes and in many others. We are Exporter, Supplier and Manufacturer of Monel 400 Circle & Monel K500 Circle in India. These Monel 400 Rings (UNS N04400) are often used for Pumps and valves, which are used in the manufacture of perchlorethylene, chlorinated plastics. They are also used in Monoethanolamine (MEA) reboiling tube. During machining these Monel K500 Rings (UNS N05500) work harden rapidly, generate high heat during cutting, weld to the cutting tool surface and offer high resistance to metal removal because of their high shear strengths. Hardness values in Alloy 400 Circle are suitable for specification purposes provided tensile properties are not also specified. During aging in Alloy K500 Circle, a slight permanent contraction takes place, but little warpage occurs because of the low temperatures and slow cooling rates involved. These Alloy 400 Rings & Alloy K500 Rings are also being offered in custom-made sizes and shapes to our clients.
