The product is derived from fresh, sound ripe, white fruit (Psidium guajava Mytraceae VAR white). Firm fully matured Guavas are harvested, quickly transported to fruit processing plant and inspected. Fully ripened Guava fruits are then washed, deseeded, the extracted pulp is then centrifuged, concentrated, and thermally processed and aseptically filled into the pre-sterilized bags. The process ensures that the natural flavor & aroma of the fruit is retained in final product.

TMN is engaged in processing wide range of fruits which include Totapuri & Alphonso mango, Guava, Papaya and Tomato. These are supplied in form of Pulp ,Puree, Paste and Concentrate .which are exclusively customized, processed and packed in Aseptic Packaging of 215- 228 Kg or in OTS Cans of 3.1 kg. The company can also do a blend of different mango variety depending on the customer need in season.
TMN manufacturing and processing facility/factories are equipped with latest technology and use highly automised machinery from brands like Manzini and Alfalav from Italy. The sterlizer used is of Manzini brand and the Decanter used is from Alfalav, Italy. They are one of the very few plants of mango pulp which use a “Seperator’ apart from decanter to provide customers with almost 100% free black specs in the pulp which cannot be achieved by just using a decanter alone. Also the units are equipped with ‘Evaporator’ for manufacturing concentrates.
TMN plants are located in Krishnagiri & Chittoor Districts of TamilNadu and Andhra Pradesh which is the main belt for Totapuri Mango in India. With access to good quality raw material and technology, the end result is one of the finest superior quality products at the most competitive prices globally.
TMN now has two units which are used for manufacturing and packing Mango pulp in Aseptic bags packed in steel Drums and a separate unit for OTS cans packaging as per the buyers request. Our state of art manufacturing facilities are HACCP accredited. Each unit has a daily manufacturing capacity of 120 M.T. with per /hr production capacity of 7M.T. Plans are to increase the production capacity by adding additional lines.
