The MET-B/MET-F series multply tension series allows for different tension settings in different stages of a winding program.The tension is generated using hysteresis brakes and a built-in control circuit. The controllable voltage input setting helps achieve smooth, stable and consistent tension output.The Series Operates with DC24V and switching between the pre-set tension values is sample, it comes with wire breakage detection.

The MET-CTK Series is a combinations of a CTK controller and hysteresis brake the closed loop monitoring and compensation system of the CTK controller allows this tensioner to have a quick response based on the preset tension values and real time winding conditon.
It is easy to preset and adjust while still providing precise tension.
Suitable for applications such as motor stator/rotor coil winding, and special coils of uneven winding shape.
