Case packing consist of three different operations:
Case erecting, Case packing/filling and Case sealing. Each of these operations can be either performed individually or Alternately, two or all three of these operations may be integrated into a single machine.
case erecting integrated with case packing/sealing or Combinations of manual, semi-automatic and automatic operation are also available.
There are four approaches to case packing: side or end loading, wraparound packing, vertical loading (often called drop packing) and robotic loading.
Case packer operates in semi- or fully-automatic mode
A fully-automatic machine integrated case erector and sealer can pack up to 20 picks or 10 cases of flexible packaging per minute It can pack pouches, bags and flow-wrapped products into a range of cases. Changeover for different products is streamlined to improve throughput and reduce downtime.
3-in-1 case packing system puts flexibility as its core competency, The case erector/packer/sealer uses the D2 robotic head for gentle loading of a variety of products. The infeed system comes in different formats to accommodate your specific applications. For example, when the product is a carton or bottle, a simple flat conveyor will transfer the products from filling to case packing. Operations can pack flexible bags/pouches in either a flat or stand-up configuration by employing a dual-axis servo.

2. Whether you are in food business, technology industry or clothes manufacturing, packaging is important. It safeguards the product from all kinds of damage, which may otherwise make the product or item useless.
3. Foam is used for packaging TVs, gadgets, glass, furniture and all other things that have sharp edges. In fact, foam in Sydney, Auckland and many other cities are used for this purpose in bulk. They are custom made to ensure that they fit the product perfectly.
4. Aluminum is appropriate for packaging foods (canned foods). For drinks, such as soft drinks and beers, aluminium is often used. Aluminium is attractive, light strong at the same time, but requires a lot of raw materials energy to make it. For this reason it must be recycled.
5. Glass is used for preserving foods like honey and jams and can be recycled. It is even used for consumable goods like beer, wine and sodas. Although glass is fragile, it is used widely across all the industries.
6. Plastic is the most common packaging material and, at the same time, one of the most difficult to dispose of. The factors common to all plastics are that they are light, strong cheap to manufacture. Almost 10% of our rubbish consists of different types of plastic. They are a problem in landfills as they are bulky, they contaminate degrade slowly.
7. Brick carton It is a light, strong air-tight packaging material made up of several layers of plastic, paper , aluminium. Its complex composition makes it difficult to recycle. It is becoming the main packaging material for basic foodstuffs. It is used mainly to keep drinks such as milk, juice, etc.
8. Cardboard is Appropriate for packaging materials wrapping. Its use may prove to be unnecessary when used for products which are already packaged sufficiently but is very useful. It is used in the form of boxes, sheets corrugated cardboard. In all cases, it is highly recyclable.
The fully automatic L-sealers are high speed L-sealing packaging machines for wrapping using polyolefin film. The fully automatic L-sealing machine can be used in combination with various shrink tunnels.

The integrated system consists of a fully automatic L-sealing machine and a separate heat shrink tunnel. The machine is fully automatic and an operator is only required for loading packets, monitoring and film changing .
This machine is provided with a conveyor that feeds the product into the film using centre folded polyolefin film.The machine can detect the length of the product using sensor and the sealing jaws automatically perform sealing.
The sealed bag then is automatically conveyed into a heat shrink tunnel where film shrinking takes place and the product is skin wrapped tightly. The excess film is trimmed off during the packaging process and automatically wound up on a waste film take-up reel.
Our Auto L-Sealer with Tunnel Machine is microprocessor based with user interface and has a PLC based back-end, with added features of preset programs, error display, total count, day count, count of damaged packs etc.

Fully Automatic Wrapping Sealers
Sleeve Wrapping MachinesStretch Banding uses an upper and lower film roll in conjunction with a film stretching device to produce a tight film sleeve around collated product which then requires minimal shrinkage, reducing shrink film consumption and energy cost.
Sleeve Sealing Systems sleeve wrapping machines are available as in line or right angled feed in versions, handling, collating and wrapping solutions under one roof providing ideal cost saving systems providing increased output and reliability.
Automatic L sealers are used to automatically wrap pack products in centre-folded film. The centre-folded film is inverted and opened by inverting triangles at top and bottom of conveyor that allows the product traveling on the conveyor to move inside the film. The product is detected by sensors and advances into the sealing chamber with the film where it is automatically sealed inside the film by the sealer.The L sealers are available with different sealing knife designs for various heat-sealable / shrinkable films.
The machine is easily adjusted for width and height to suit the product as the L SEALER Machine operation is controlled by PLC.
