The fully automatic L-sealers are high speed L-sealing packaging machines for wrapping using polyolefin film. The fully automatic L-sealing machine can be used in combination with various shrink tunnels.

The integrated system consists of a fully automatic L-sealing machine and a separate heat shrink tunnel. The machine is fully automatic and an operator is only required for loading packets, monitoring and film changing .

This machine is provided with a conveyor that feeds the product into the film using centre folded polyolefin film.The machine can detect the length of the product using sensor and the sealing jaws automatically perform sealing.

The sealed bag then is automatically conveyed into a heat shrink tunnel where film shrinking takes place and the product is skin wrapped tightly. The excess film is trimmed off during the packaging process and automatically wound up on a waste film take-up reel.

Our Auto L-Sealer with Tunnel Machine is microprocessor based with user interface and has a PLC based back-end, with added features of preset programs, error display, total count, day count, count of damaged packs etc.

Automatic L sealers are used to automatically wrap pack products in centre-folded film. The centre-folded film is inverted and opened by inverting triangles at top and bottom of conveyor that allows the product traveling on the conveyor to move inside the film. The product is detected by sensors and advances into the sealing chamber with the film where it is automatically sealed inside the film by the sealer.The L sealers are available with different sealing knife designs for various heat-sealable / shrinkable films.
The machine is easily adjusted for width and height to suit the product as the L SEALER Machine operation is controlled by PLC.
