High speed, highly accurate, servo controlled, electronic soap bar cutter suitable for toilet bar soap finishing line with four blade interfaced through planetary gear box controlled by Servo motor with heavy duty structure to minimize vibrations accurate cut at higher speed for soap bar of 70mm by engaging four blade upto 250 cuts/min. Due to very short cutting interval and circular blade is moving with same speed of billet thats why give high accurate cuts for toilet soap billet/ Laundry bar soap/ multi-purpose bar soap. The main features are:
rnAuto movement of belt conveyor as per length of billet.
rnHigh speed PLC interfaced operations independent of billet thickness.
rnCircular moon of the blades unit is controlled by servo motors interfaced with planetary gear box for getting high torque.
rnCategory 4 guarding SS304 interlocks provides operator safety
