Uni-cutter is an electro-pneumatic cutter suitable for low production capacity soap bar finishing line. Embossing unit can be interfaced with uni-cutter to emboss the customer brand name on soap bar billet/ soap bars. The uni-cutter blade and its pneumatic actuator are mounted on a light weight assembly. Soap billet and the uni-cutter belt conveyor move at the same speed to ensure accurate, 90 cuts. The main features are:

The cutting system is controlled by servo motors. The blade is directly connected to the motor sha which, at each signal from the encoder, makes 180rotaon allowing the blade to cut the soap billet/ soap bar. The extremely small cung interval there is no need of horizontal movement of the blade that rotates and stops at each cycle. The main features are:
rnHigh speed operaons independent of billet thickness
rnInera of the system is the minimum possible allowing connuous motor starts and stops at very high rate
rnThe blade cuts the billet/ soap bar and then passes through a very narrow gap.
rnMinimum distoron as most of the operaons controlled by servo motors
rnMinimum maintenance and easy to operate
rn360 guarding with aluminum extrusions with clear cast acrylic sheet and safety switches interlock.
rnSpeed of bar cuer is synchronized with plodder billet speed.
