Carle Montanari, compact, pin mill for grinding cocoa nibs to liquor with rates per hour depending on materials and application. Equipped with 24" OD radial flow discs, with staggered positioned pins and (2) 50 Hp independent motor drives that rotate in opposite directions and self clean themselves as they rotate, with swing open, bolt down access cover, bottom liquor collection valve and mounted on (4) leg base frame.Operation: Cocoa nibs are fed into grinder and crushed into small particles with cocoa liquor fluidity of 96.8% thru a 200 mesh fineness screen.
