Gaulin, Model 25CGB, two stage, homogenizer. Rated output capacity of 25 gallons per hour depending on materials and application. Maximum operating pressure up to 6, 500 psi. Equipped with poppet valve cylinders and standard style valve seat, manual homogenizing valve actuator assembly with a " NPT style charge port, " NPT style discharge port and pressure gage up to 10, 000 psi. Poppet valve head is ideally suited for low-viscosity, moderately abrasive products, like ice cream mixes and dairy products, vegetable oils, and silicone emulsions. Standard valve seat is used for most emulsion and dispersion applications.
