Peerless stainless steel, high speed, roller bar, refrigerated dough mixer with working capacity up to 1000 Lbs with Lbs per hour depending on materials and application. Equipped with all stainless steel contact parts, and has tilt style mixing chamber with Internal mixing bowl dimensions of: 46" in Length; 32" in Width; 48" in Depth. Has refrigerated end bowl plates with maximum working pressure of 235 psi and uses R-22 refrigerent with (2) 2-12" ID threaded end jacket ports, with 30" long x 3" OD inner roller mixing bars and single end drive powered by 25 hp motor to chain and sproket motor drive. Control panel has touch pad controls with mixer start, dough dump, up down and start, stop and e-stops push button controls. Mounted heavy duty stainless steel base frame.
