For ambitious bikers, Phoenix Design designed the outdoor navigation system Falk Pantera 32. In doing so, we achieved an authentic merging of product, interface and brand design, manifest proof of the competence, intelligence and experience of one of the leading map and navigation experts in Europe. The product itself is set in a frame typical for the brand and coloured distinctively red. Once the device is mounted to the compact handle bar holder, the Falk logo is clearly visible to oncoming cyclists as well. The user-focused approach is reflected by the harware and software design: the touch display is matte, transflective and easy to operate even when wearing gloves; while the simple interface allows access to all functions by merely doing a few swipes. Route pointers are given with simple acoustic signals. Good (navigation) design will guide both users and the brand. Falk Pantera on duty.
