| Cylindrical bowl mounted on three castor wheels leads to easy loading and unloading. Bowl has torrispherical dished bottom covered by Jacket to operate on 1Kg/cm2 steam pressure. It is provided with steam inlet-outlet and cold-water inlet and outlet connections with standard fittings like pressure gauge, vent cock, release valve and drain. Features of Agitator AssemblyHomogenizer :High speed mechanical and hydraulic shear forces are the real key to the success of this machine. Rotor and Stator generates a shearing action which insures high speed emulsification for homogeneous mixing. Centering Scraper :Anchor type agitator with Teflon scrappers sweep the entire circumference of the bowl and avoid localized heating/cooling and thus intimate mixing is accomplished in PLM.
