Main Configuration and Features

• Chassis + Steps : The whole machine has adopted imported Caterpillar 325D, 330D chassis and steps with hydraulic extensible multi-function. The reliable system and powerful hydraulic ensure the reliability and high stability of the whole machine. Now we has become the largest partner of caterpillar in China.
• Engine : It adopts original Caterpillar EFI engine and leads the international level, owns a strong power and a high-strength torque, electronic fuel injection of straight line and dynamical system of turbine supercharging and cooling.
• Hydraulic System : Main hypertension line adopts advanced inverted flux control and realizes the distribution of flow according to need. Auxiliary oil road adopts international advanced load sensing control system and fully guarantees the driving effect of the system. The whole machine manipulation adopts the leading control, which bring the security and comfort to customers. Flexibility and accurate control is a perfect result of integrated application technology with machine, electricity and hydraulics. Advanced hydraulic transmission system is mounted the global leading hydraulic pump, valve, motor and components, which highlights the excellent performance of heavy hydraulic rotary drilling rig.
• Electric control system : It owns the advanced distributed monitoring system of core technology that integrating components of oversea industry on-board level such as special engineering machinery controller and displays and others. Intelligent sensor applied can ensure that the drilling rig can make precision measurement and monitoring in the period of construction, monitoring all actions of working condition. Main components of electric system have adopted the imported components of Finland to complete the starting of engine, extinction monitoring, failure monitoring, and depth monitoring and adjusting of drilling, hydraulic system electromagnetism steering, drilling protection and other functions, with a good interface of human and machine.
• Driving device : Power head applies torques and pressures to the drilling stem and consists of two units. Each unit consists of a planetary reducer, a hydraulic motor, and a main reducer, being more powerful. The rotary speed out hydraulic motor is reduced by the planetary reducer. The output shaft of the planetary reducer meshes the small gear or large gear of the main reducer. The output shaft of the main reducer, by means of the buff and the key, drives the drilling stem to spin. Meanwhile, due to the cylinder action, the power head moves down thus the key presses the drilling stem. The drill will overcomes soil resistance to advances downwards.
• Drilling pipe : It is the one of important work organizations of drilling rigs. TR series drilling rig produced by our company has two types to be used: one is friction; another is machine lock.
• Drilling tool : It has used the tool that is specialized in factory, which ensures the performance of construction efficiency of heavy rotary drilling rig. Drilling tools include single bottom soil bucket, double bottom bailing bucket, short helix bit, etc. It can enter into clay layer, sandy gravel, cobble layer and rock stratum with a certain weathering degree. Drilling tools are selected based on different working conditions can ensure that drilling rig can smoothly run under different working conditions.
