Our Products
Our offered Product range includes Silica Gel Balls and Activated Alumina Balls.
Silica Gel is chemically non-deliquescent, dimensionally stable, highly porous, granular, amorphous, non toxic, non corrosive & highest capacity adsorbent available today.
Typical Chemical Formula : SiO2 nH2O
Applications :Silica Gel is commonly used for the following applications :
Type :
Regeneration : Silica Gel can be regenerated by evacuating or purging, usually at elevated temperatures. The purge gas temperature must be sufficiently high to bring the Silica Gel to a level of 150oC - 160oC, but not exceeding 2500C. Higher temperatures may cause physical degradation of the Silica Gel structure. At this stage it loses all the water of combination and consequently loses all the properties of adsorption once and for all. The degree of regeneration depends on the temperature, pressure and humidity of purge gas, and is a strong factor in affecting product purity.
Shipping Information : Silica Gel is available in 25 Kg HDPE Bags with inner Liner (Polyethylene bags) for Extra Protection.

Activated Alumina are physically and chemically stable forms of highly porous Aluminium Oxide. This porosity and large surface areas makes them an excellent adsorbents, catalysts and catalyst support. Activated Alumina is chemically inert to the most of gases and liquids.
Typical Chemical Formula : Al2O3 nH2O
Applications :
Features : Our Activated Alumina Balls are low dusting, high capacity desiccant specially for use in package dryers. It work well in heatless air dryers because of its ease of desorption, high resistance to attrition and high crushing strength & has excellent thermal stability.
Type
Regeneration : Activated Alumina can be regenerated by elevated temperatures. The purge gas temperature must be at a level of 140oC to 200oC, thus Less energy is required for regeneration
Shelf Life : Activated Alumina has indefinite storage life if properly stored in dry covered place. Desiccant service life depends on the composition of the stream to be dehydrated, the system and the operating conditions.
Shipping Information : Activated Alumina Purification Grade is available in 50/170 Kg Air Tight Steel Drum Sealed and 50 Kg HDPE with inner Liner (Polyethylene bags) for Extra Protection.
