Wetasin-RDL (Against sarakol rdl of sarex chemicals)
Wetasin-RDL is a special formulation for dyeing of reactive dyes and vat dyes by exhaust as well as pad application. Wetasin-RDL improves the solubility of reactive dyes under adverse conditions of dyeings such as low liquor ratio, poor quality of salt, hardness in water, poor solubility of dyestuff. Use of urea can be eliminated by addition of Wetain-RDL. Hence, BOD values of the effluent can be reduced considerably.
Wetasin-RDL act as a solubilising and levelling agent particularly for bath dyeing. It does not affect colour value or tone.
Wetasin-RDL can also be added in print paste to obtain brighter and uniform print.

It is an excellent wetting/rewetting, dispersing and swelling agent for cotton knitted goods. It acts as a very good scouring agent also. Use 0.2 to 0.5% in winch boiling operation alongwith 0.5% caustic soda, 2% soda ash, 0.5% soidium metasilicate and 1% to 2% Hydrogen Peroxide of 50% strength. Treat the goods at 80'C(Min) for 2 to 3 hours till cotton skulls disappear. Give one hot wash, one cold wash. Then sour with acetic acid, give cold wash and the goods will be ready for dyeing.

Dyefixing Agent is a clear watery liquid and is stable under normal conditions of storage. It is completely miscible with warm water in all proportions. It is recommended to imrove the washing fastness of fabrics dyed or printed with direct and reactive dyes and washed, staining does not occur as complete removal of unfixed dye ;is not achieved unless several washings are carried. An after treatment with Dyefixing Agent prevents the staining of white protection of fabrics printed with reactive dyes.

1) For Direct Dyes :
a) Batchwise Application :
The fabric dyed with direct dyes should be treated on jigger in a bath containing 1-3 gpl Dyefixing
Agent at 30 Deg celsius for 10-15 minutes and dried
b) Continuous Application :
The dyed fabrics is given an after treatment on a open soaper by paasingt the goods continuously for
about 30 seconds in the penultimate box of the soaper at 30 deg celsius in a liquor containing 10-20 gpl of Dyefixing Agent.
2) For Reactive Dyes :
a) Batchwise : The fabric dyed and printed with reactive dyes are given an after treated on jigger in a bath containing 1-2 gpl Dyefixing Agent at 30 deg. celsius for 10-15 mintes rinse and cold dried.
1) Continuous : An after treatment i s given for the fabrics dyed or printed with reactive dyes in the penulimate box of the soaper range at 30 deg. celsius in a liquor containing 5-10 gpl of Dyefixing Agent for about 30 seconds or it may be padded on the wet material immediately before drying. After Dyefixing Agent treatment, wash once in cold water and dry.
