Description Of Operation

  • The carton will be sealed manually with manual sealing machine.
  • Firstly, the film will be cut to the required cartoon size while keeping the overlap arrangement.
  • The Carton will be sealed at end seal position with the BOPP film while keeping the require temperature.
  • Side seal will be folded by manually and sealed with heater body with keeping the require temperature & with operating dot seal application.

  • Lami/Plastic Tube Sealing System. It consists of One Pneumatic Cylinders fixed with knurling hot jaws the filled tube is placed in between the hot jaws the jaws are made to come closer as soon as a button is pressed. The heating time, holding time is automatically controlled. The sealing time is constant and controlled automatically and you need not depend upon the operator and hence the sealing quality will be consistent.
  • The Full set up will be fixed in a chrome plated MS stand so that it is slay able up and down and can be fixed at a desired length. Depending upon the length of the tube. The whole setup will be mounted on a plated MS stand. The machine will be supplied with a pair of holders for keeping the tube inside the holder.
  • Lami/Plastic Tube Trimming System. It consists of a pneumatic cylinder and fixed with cutter blade. There is a provision for fixing code nose for batch coding. As soon as a pushbutton or a pedal switch is pressed the Cylinder actuates and trims the irregular portion and as well the code nos set embossed.
