ZENITH GRINDERS - Are well designed. The base is made of seasoned close grain casting to prevent vibration and distortion to achieve consistency in accuracy.
Silent Features
  • IBASE The base is made of closed grained casting, heavily ribbed for rigidity.
  • GUID WAYS Made of TURCITE (Ant frictional Material), V and flat guidways are hand scraped to match corresponding surface of table slide with fine grove for proper lubrication. The slide travels by hydraulic mechanism.
  • WHEEL HEAD The wheel head spindle is made of hardened alloy steel & assembled with high accuracy & long life bearings. Wheel head has rapid approach for operating conveniently fast.
  • WORK HEAD Work head spindle is made of hardened alloy steel and run with high accuracy bearings. The drive to work head is build for stationary and live spindle grinding. The work head can be swiveled for angular grinding.
  • TAIL STOCK Spindle is spring loaded. Tail stock spindle are filled with MT-3 to MT-5 for extra rigidly. Tailstock travels smoothly along the length of table right up to the work head. Clamping of tailstock is by bolts. Spindle (Barrel) can be operated hydraulically by foot paddle.
  • COOLENT SYSTEM Coolant system is provided by electrical pump filled tank. Coolant flow can be controlled by cock valve.
  • ELECTRICAL The machine is supplied suitable for 415 20 volts, 50Hz. Can be supplied with optional power supply on customer demand.
