After a long experiment of almost 18 months in collaboration with Rubber Technologists from Germany, we "ZENITH - INDIA" have developed a new Rubber Compound for Inking and Dampening Rollers for printing machines. This compound is being manufactured from German raw-material & we are launching this product after getting positive response from our Domestic & International customers who had tested the rollers made from this compound.
- High Chemical and Solvent Resistance.
- Uniform wetting of the Printing Plate.
- Maintains the required hardness for a longer period of time.
- Resistance to shrinking, swelling & abrasion.
- Resistance to hardening even when exposed to isopropyl alcohol and substitutes.
- Facilitates more rapid attainment of the ink water balance.
- Excellent resilience , with grinding tolerance of less than 5 microns.
- Achieves fine film thickness on its surface and on plate, resulting optimum fountain Solution on plate ie. ultimately on pa per to reduce paper stretching.
- Quick and easy to clean.
