Rollers For Allied Industry

ZENITH manufactures rollers for paper industry based on roller operating parameters. Roll technology involves the manufacture, covering & servicing of large metal rolls (Up to 9 mtr. Long, 1.8 MM in Dia & 60 Tons WT). Over which clothing (Wire & Felt) products & between which paper web moves from wet slurry to finished paper. Many rolls are used in each paper making machine. Zenith covered products provide a surface that gives mechanical properties necessary to process the paper sheet that delivers the desired paper qualities by the producer. Made from unique combination of oil-resistant rubbers and polymeric plasticizers.
All Ultimex covered rolls have got TIR less than 5microns which assures you of higher Print quality (less dot gain) and longer plate and bearing life.

Dampening Rollers

After a long experiment of almost 18 months in collaboration with Rubber Technologists from Germany, we "ZENITH - INDIA" have developed a new Rubber Compound for Inking and Dampening Rollers for printing machines. This compound is being manufactured from German raw-material & we are launching this product after getting positive response from our Domestic & International customers who had tested the rollers made from this compound.

Characteristics of the newly developed compound "SUPERFLEX" are given below:-

High Chemical and Solvent Resistance.
Uniform wetting of the Printing Plate.
Maintains the required hardness for a longer period of time.
Resistance to shrinking, swelling & abrasion.
Resistance to hardening even when exposed to isopropyl alcohol and substitutes.
Facilitates more rapid attainment of the ink water balance.
Excellent resilience , with grinding tolerance of less than 5 microns.
Achieves fine film thickness on its surface and on plate, resulting optimum fountain Solution on plate ie. ultimately on pa per to reduce paper stretching.
