Oil Bath, is a type of heated bath which uses boiling oil as the temperature regulator. Since different oils have different boiling points it is possible to obtain a temperature near to the desired temperature by selecting an oil with a boiling point as close as possible to the desired temperature. The most common oils that are being utilized in oil baths are paraffin, glycerol, silicon oil or cottonseed oil due to their quite odorless characteristics.
Double Walled High Temperature Oil Bath is having wide range of application, such as oxidation stability test on oils, greases, etc, or any other test requiring high temperature control having high thermal efficiency. This oil bath was developed for a wide range of testing and meets ASTM specifications for Methods D471, D865, and D1313.

Calibration temperature baths provide optimal temperature environments for secondary or comparison temperature calibrations. They offer unsurpassed stability and uniformity, a large working volume, and flexibility for performing thermometer calibration on calibrating a variety of temperature sensors. It not only allows calibration of multiple systems at the same time, but also offer the added advantage of accommodating sensors of all shapes and sizes.These high temperature baths provide calibration temperature upto300C.

As a result, scientists use this technology in sample preparation in environmental, polymer science, quality control, and toxicology labs etc.Our nitrogen evaporators utilize adjustable nitrogen blow down technology allowing full control of nitrogen flow to samples, with no wasted nitrogen gas. We combined this technology with uniform efficient heat applied through water baths. This simultaneously maximizes solvent evaporation in the samples being concentrated and saves the lab money.

It is designed for a wide range of temperature-controlled shaking protocols, such as Northern and Southern Hybridization, Destaining of gels, Incubation of cells or bacterial cultures as well as Wash Processes. The temperature range, which goes up to 99C also allows you to use the bath as a Boiling Bath.
