Air-circulation chamber furnaces with temperature range up to 850 C, are mainly used for annealing, tempering, ageing, pre-heating, drying, shrinking, baking and testing. These air circulation chamber furnaces are available for maximum operating temperatures of 450 C, 600 C or 850 C and are perfectly suited for demanding processes. Due to their robust and solid design even heavy loads can be heat treated. These furnaces are suited for use with baskets, pallets, and mobile furnace racks. All furnaces are available with electric or gas heating.

WEIBER provides various standards as well as customized horizontal retort furnaces for a number of industries, suitable for processes where a controlled or protective atmosphere is necessary. These models can also be laid out for heat treatment under vacuum up to 1100 C. The furnace chamber consists of a gas tight retort with water cooling around the door to protect the special sealing. Equipped with the corresponding safety technology, retort furnaces are also suitable for applications under reaction gases, such as hydrogen or, in combination with the IDB package, for inert de-binding or for pyrolysis processes.

Vacuum resistance furnace is widely used in the heat treatment of metallic material in coarse vacuum, in reducibility or protective atmosphere. It Can also be used for special heat treatment of materials such as carbon products in the development process of carbonation. It can heat materials, typically metals, to very high temperatures and carry out processes such as brazing, sintering and heat treatmentwith high consistency and low contamination. In a vacuum furnace the product in the furnace is surrounded by a vacuum. The absence of air or other gases prevents heat transfer with the product through convection and removes a source of contamination.
