Dont use hoses that are non-oil resistant rubber in an oil environment. The non-conductive hoses have an electrical resistance of megohm per inch when subjected to 1000 volts DC. Also air hoses with a helical wire will reduce the working pressure of the assembly.
WarningsDo not use non-oil resistant hoses in an oil environment. Furthermore non-conductive hoses should be used in high voltage areas.
Hose Mender is used for repairing hose assemblies. Simply cut out the bad section of hose, insert the mender into the loose hose ends, and clamp into place. You will have your hose repaired in minutes! Use our heavy dutyhose clamps with this mender.
DescriptionUse hose mender to repair broken hoses or to permanently connect two hoses of the same size. Hose is pushed over mender and worm gear clamps or band type clamps are tightened over outside of hose to secure mender.

Aluminum/Brass Suction Hose Couplings are built of lightweight aluminum with brass pin-lug nut for long lasting durability. Suction Hose style assures strength and reliability. Can be used with hoses capable of handling water or other liquids, providing increased adaptability. Will require clamps to attach hose. Available in sizes 1-1/2-6 as Female, Male and Coupling Set.

This category does not include cam & groove, ground joint or universal fittings.
Limitations:Pressure ratings only apply to non-toxic and non-combustible liquids; careful consideration must be given to dangerous or volatile liquids.
Unusual ends other than NPT, NPSM or NPSH threaded parts may also effect pressure ratings, consult manufacturers of those connections and/or accessories for pressure ratings. This section may also apply to menders or other shank style fittings.
