Quick-drying Non-sagging touch-up of damaged galvanising Its galvanic action ensures better self-healing and sealing Application of ZC 678 Anti corrosion Bright zinc coating Bright-Zinc is the original metallic silver colour zinc-rich coating that has been used on towers, power generators, farms, fencing , Air conditioning equipment / ducts, satellite, antennas. It is used as an anti rust primer on vehicle bodies.It forms a protective coating on welded and drilled section. Used in Marine works and ship manufacturing parts and repairing. also used in heavy equipment, pipes, transformers, electrical poles, threads, welds, automobile, Metal chain fences, storage tanks etc. They are invaluable for use in : Construction Agriculture, Local authorities, Railway, Welding, transport, Automotive, Engineering, Direction of ZC 678 Anti corrosion Bright zinc coating Surface should be dry and free of rust bloom. Shake well until agitator ball is free. Repeat while using. Best results are obtained when sprayed above 60 F. Spray from 12-15 inches away in light, even coats. The optimum film thickness for Bright Zinc is 1.5 to 3.0 mils of dry film. To obtain this thickness via aerosol application, 3 passes of spray are required. Spray the substrate once vertically, once horizontally, and once more vertically for ideal coverage. Additional coats for heavy film can be applied when first coat is dry. For a thickness of 3 mils, repeat the above spray pattern twice. When finished spraying, clean valve by turning can upside down and pressing button until only pressure escapes. If clogging occurs, remove button and clean slot and orifice with fine wire. Precaution of ZC 678 Anti corrosion Bright zinc coating Contents are Extremely Flammable and Under Pressure. Do not punctured , may explode if heated. Do not apply while equipment is energised, Keep away from all live electrical sources including battery terminals, solenoids, electrical panels and other electronic components. Prevention : Wear eye or face protection. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Pressurised container: Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source, live circuits. Harmful in contact with eyes. Prolonged exposure may cause chronic effects. May cause drowsiness and dizziness Response : IF INHALED: Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. Call a POISON CENTRE or physician if you feel unwell. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical attention.
