2] Effective Against Cavitation and Erosion – Extends equipment lifespan
3] Compatible with Glycols – Provides freeze protection when required
4] Non-Damaging to Seals & Gaskets – Safe for most non-metallic components
5] Liquid Form for Easy Dosing – Ensures hassle-free application
6] Maintains Optimal pH Levels (8.0 - 11.0) – Prevents acid corrosion
Benefits
1] Manufacturer Approved – Used by major diesel engine manufacturers
2] Easy Testing & Maintenance – Simple control test kits available
3] Safe for Most Materials – Does not harm gaskets, hoses, or seals
4] Prevents System Downtime – Reduces corrosion-related failures
5] Compatible with Distilled Water – Helps maintain low chloride levels
How to Use
🔹Pre-clean the system using Unitor™ Seaclean Plus (for degreasing) and Unitor™ Descalex (for scale removal) if required.
🔹Dose ROCOR NB Liquid at a recommended concentration of 9–21 L/m³, depending on system requirements.
🔹Ensure proper circulation when adding the product to the expansion tank.
🔹Regularly test the nitrite levels using the Spectrapak Test Kit and adjust dosage to maintain levels between 1,000–2,400 ppm.
Use distilled water for make-up water to keep chloride levels below 50 ppm.
For freeze protection, mix with glycols as per system requirements.

Directions for Use:
1. System Preparation:
For new systems, clean the system with UNITOR™ Commissioning Cleaner before applying Cooltreat AL.For contaminated systems, degrease using UNITOR™ Seaclean Plus followed by descaling with UNITOR™ Descalex.
2. Dosing Method:
Add 60 litres of Cooltreat AL™ per 1,000 litres of untreated distilled water (6% concentration).
For systems with aluminium components, ensure Cooltreat AL is used rather than traditional inhibitors.
3. Maintenance and Testing:
Regularly test the system using the Spectrapak Test Kit to ensure optimal inhibitor levels.
Maintain pH levels between 7.0 and 9.0 and ensure chloride levels are below 50 ppm.
4. Make-Up Water:
Always dose 6% Cooltreat AL™ in any make-up water added to the system.
Use distilled water to minimize chloride levels and maximize corrosion protection.
