Unitor™ Metal Brite H.D.™ is a non-flammable, heavy-duty liquid cleaner designed to remove rust, tarnish, and stains from ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Its phosphoric acid-based formula effectively cleans and passivates surfaces, preventing further corrosion while preparing metal for painting.
This versatile cleaner is approved for marine, industrial, and tank-cleaning applications, making it an essential solution for surface maintenance, rust stain removal, and metal brightening.

How to Use
Important: Always use a plastic container when diluting. Add acid to water, never the reverse.
1. Surface Cleaning & Rust Removal:
Severe Corrosion/Weld Pickling: Use 50% solution to neat, rinse after 15–40 minutes.
Mild Rust & Tarnish Removal (Copper/Brass): Use 20–50% solution, rinse after 15–40 minutes.
Aluminum Cleaning: Use 10–30% solution, rinse within 5 minutes to prevent etching.
2. Rust Stain Removal:
Painted Surfaces: Use 10–30% solution, rinse after 15–20 minutes.
Ceramic, Porcelain, Glass, Enamel: Use 20–50% solution, rinse after 20–40 minutes.
3. Industrial & Marine Applications:
Pipeline & Tank Cleaning: Recirculate a 5–10% solution for light rust and scale.
Epoxy Coating & Stainless Steel Stain Removal: Use 5–10% solution, circulate until stains are removed.
Cement & Lime Residue Removal: Use 50% solution, high-pressure wash after 30–40 minutes.
