Unlike other basic electrical motors, dual motors are developed in high voltage which makes it easier to run in machines where multiple speeds are required. In addition to the dual motors, we also offer a dual brake motor and dual-speed gear motor.

Rotor – The rotor which we used to make dual electric motors are made of aluminium die-cast. Since our motors are dynamically balanced, it makes less noise and vibration. As a result, it requires less maintenance.

Shaft– The end part of dual motors is nothing but the shaft, which uses high carbon steel to develop. We accept premium carbon steel material from our top clients to make sure that the steel is strong enough to minimize deflection and provide maximum efficiency.

Concept

  • The external vibrator is a three-phase or single phase synchronous motor that has eccentric weights (unbalance weight) mounted at the ends of the Rotor shaft.
  • The rotating shaft causes centrifugal forces, which can be adjusted by moving the weights it create a vibration.
