The Pharmaceutical Mass Mixer is a mixing machine fitted with powerful gear drive and a mixing paddle. Especially designed for table granulation, mass mixer is high suited for difficult and sticky ingredients. Each mass mixer comes with single speed operation; we can also provide two speeds as an option. GMP models are fully constructed will high grade stainless steel.
ConstructionMass Mixer is constructed with a mixing drum covered with a see-through cover, mixing paddle arrangement and sealing arrangement. All these parts are mounted on sturdy frame which also carries motor, gear box, starter and tilting arrangement.
Safety ArraignmentThe see-through cover is interlocked. The mechanism does not let the machine start until the cover is properly closed.
Tilting MechanismIn order to unload the material easily, a tilting mechanism (hand wheel) is fitted in the machine. By rotating the hand wheel, mixing drum is tilted and unloaded the mixed material.
MaintenanceOur Mass Mixer machines are designed with easy to clean and maintain features. Moving joints / parts have points to lubricate easily.

Three Dimensional Motion Mixer is used to evenly mix powders and granules to their effective state. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and metallurgy industries. These mixers perform multi dimensional (three directions) movements until the preparation is homogenous. Highly efficient mixing is achieved through three dimensional motions; which, eliminates segregation and accumulation of materials caused by centrifugal effects.
Our three dimensional motion mixers are constructed with high grades stainless steels. Sturdy machine frame offers easy movement even with maximum load capacity of the machine. Inner and outer surface are polished to enhance machine look. Mixing drum is easy to clean, as it is finely polished with no dead corners, there is no residue after discharging of mixed materials.

These Circulating water bath systems are CE Marked and available with analog and digital models. In analog models temperature setting is done with rotary knob whereas in digital Circulator equipment temperature setting is controlled by PID microprocessor based touch keypad. These units are comprises of heaters (Optional) ensuring optimum operating temperature for fast maximum ultrasonic efficiency.
For durability and long lasting performance external chamber is made of chemical resistant paint finish 304 grade stainless steel. Inner chamber (tank) is easy to clean, crevice free and made of corrosion resistant stainless steel.
These equipment come with full safety measures and safe for operators as well as for samples to be examined. These units are equipped with safety cut-off switch and low liquid level detectors. Bionics Scientific has developed a nice selection of laboratory vortex mixers that feature noiseless orbital movement of the rubber cup and many accessories /attachments. Often known as vortex shaker or vortex mixture, these instruments come with fixed and adjustable (variable) speed range up to 2800 rpm.
Our vortex mixer shakers are designed to perform most of mixing requirements required in laboratories. The direct motor drive design makes these instruments more compact and portable. Each model comes equipped with a specific speed range model BST/VM-501 features two modes of operation; touch mode at 2800rpm for quick mix and larger tubes; continuous mode for continuously mixing at lower rpm (1000rpm). In this case, users do not need to worry about adjusting the speed when used in continue mode, avoiding the spin off the sample adapter during operation. This vortex mixer comes with standard rubber cup for the touch stirring and a plastic adapter which can use different foam format. Customers may also order different foam types with different types of vials as mentioned below.

These Roller Mixer systems come with maximum 40, 50 and 80 RPM of variable speed, which can be adjusted through rotary switch. There are three roller mixer models available with 5, 7 and 10 rollers. Choose the one that suits your needs. Roller length is 325 mm. These roller mixers can be operated with 220 Volts 50Hz.

Micro Kjeldahl unit is designed for laboratories, where determination of protein / nitrogen in micro quantities is required. A micro scale Kjeldahl distillation cum digestion system is fitted with extraction heater, which is designed for kjeldahl digestion on a micro or macro scale and accommodate up to 6 round bottom flasks between 18 milliliters to 100 milliliters.
Our micro Kjeldahl Digestion block systems are durably constructed with M.S. Sheet duly powder coated. The heater assemblies are recessed into the top insulating board to minimize accidental personnel contact with the hot heater element. The built in energy regulators control temperature individually up to 350C. The complete macro kjeldahl machine is operated at 220 Volts of power supply and fitted with clamps and arms either to accept a glass fume tube or lead coated fume tubes.
