Temperature:
All units provide temperature range 5C above ambient to 250C with accuracy of 2C. Temperature is controlled with mechanical temperature control (rotary knob) or by digital control (PID controller). For uniform rotation of heat inside the chamber noise-less fan is used for air circulation.


Construction:
Each hot air oven is produced with double walled construction and made of 304 grades stainless steel with insulation of mineral wool for efficient thermal loss. In economical models, exterior chamber is made of powder coated MS, while 304 stainless steel is used as an option. Inner chamber is completely made of stainless steel, which is easy to clean and maintain. Shelves are made of painted steel and can be easily adjusted inside the chamber with ribs created inside the interior chamber walls.


Doors:
Doors are double walled, made of MS steel (stainless steel optional) and also fully insulated with mineral wool, fitted on heavy hinges. Sturdy handle provides comfortable opening and closing. Doors open 180 in order to provide enough access to the heating chamber.


Heating Elements:
For efficient heating, our hot air ovens are fitted with branded heating elements, nickel / chrome plated nichrome wire, kept inside the beads and placed at the bottom and both sides of the chamber.


Ventilation:
For safe removal of hot gases and fumes air ventilators are provided near the top of the both sides.


Safety Features:
For safe operation of the unit, several safety instruments are fitted; automatic circuit breaker turns off the unit in case of over temperature and other short circuits. Audio and visual alarms can be fitted as option, alert the user if temperature goes beyond the selection.

Detailed Description

Construction
Our clean room ovens are ruggedly designed; generally exterior wall is made of powder coated Mild steel and inner chamber is made of 304 grade stainless steel, as an option 316 stainless steel can be used for exterior.


Temperature
The temperature range of clean room ovens is ambient +10C to 200C.


Controls
Our standard clean room oven units are fitted with digital temperature controller and digital timer. Desired temperature and time are set using controller, heating is off after reaching set temperature.


Door
Depending upon size or chamber volume, clean room oven is designed with single or double doors. Doors are insulated and fitted with sturdy handle and door lock. As option, we can use door limit switch, which switches off the machine if door is opened or machine does not start if door is not closed properly.


Filter
Our Clean room ovens are available with and without HEPA filter modules. Models without HEPA filters meet the requirements of Fed. Std. 209E for a Class 100 environment, other units that come with HEPA filters can easily exceed class 100 requirements.


Optional

Standard models of our magnetic stirrers with hot plate come with 2 to 10 liters of stirring capacity and up to 1800RPM stirring speed. Both speed and temperature controllers are provided on front panel. Standard units are manufactured with painted MS steel housing, stainless steel housing is provided as optional.

Temperature:All units provide temperature range 5C above ambient to 250C with accuracy of 2C. Temperature is controlled with mechanical temperature control (rotary knob) or by digital control (PID controller). For uniform rotation of heat inside the chamber noise-less fan is used for air circulation.

Construction:Each hot air oven is produced with double walled construction and made of 304 grades stainless steel with insulation of mineral wool for efficient thermal loss. In economical models, exterior chamber is made of powder coated MS, while 304 stainless steel is used as an option. Inner chamber is completely made of stainless steel, which is easy to clean and maintain. Shelves are made of painted steel and can be easily adjusted inside the chamber with ribs created inside the interior chamber walls.

Doors:Doors are double walled, made of MS steel (stainless steel optional) and also fully insulated with mineral wool, fitted on heavy hinges. Sturdy handle provides comfortable opening and closing. Doors open 180 in order to provide enough access to the heating chamber.

Heating Elements:For efficient heating, our hot air ovens are fitted with branded heating elements, nickel / chrome plated nichrome wire, kept inside the beads and placed at the bottom and both sides of the chamber.

Ventilation:For safe removal of hot gases and fumes air ventilators are provided near the top of the both sides.

Safety Features:For safe operation of the unit, several safety instruments are fitted; automatic circuit breaker turns off the unit in case of over temperature and other short circuits. Audio and visual alarms can be fitted as option, alert the user if temperature goes beyond the selection.

Detailed Description

ConstructionOur clean room ovens are ruggedly designed; generally exterior wall is made of powder coated Mild steel and inner chamber is made of 304 grade stainless steel, as an option 316 stainless steel can be used for exterior.

TemperatureThe temperature range of clean room ovens is ambient +10C to 200C.

ControlsOur standard clean room oven units are fitted with digital temperature controller and digital timer. Desired temperature and time are set using controller, heating is off after reaching set temperature.

DoorDepending upon size or chamber volume, clean room oven is designed with single or double doors. Doors are insulated and fitted with sturdy handle and door lock. As option, we can use door limit switch, which switches off the machine if door is opened or machine does not start if door is not closed properly.

FilterOur Clean room ovens are available with and without HEPA filter modules. Models without HEPA filters meet the requirements of Fed. Std. 209E for a Class 100 environment, other units that come with HEPA filters can easily exceed class 100 requirements.

OptionalBeing a manufacturer, we provide our customers facilities of modifications or additional accessories in their clean room oven. Our scope of customization includes type of controllers, heating elements, MOC, and ports for nitrogen gas purging and vacuuming.

Magnetic Stirrer Hot Plate

Now you can stir, heat or do both stir with heat; our laboratory magnetic stirrers are available with and without heater. These magnetic stirrers deliver wonderful performance all the time they are used; feature smooth stirring and safe heating up to 200C (500C optional). Standard models of our magnetic stirrers with hot plate come with 2 to 10 liters of stirring capacity and up to 1800RPM stirring speed. Both speed and temperature controllers are provided on front panel. Standard units are manufactured with painted MS steel housing, stainless steel housing is provided as optional.

These hot plate magnetic stirrers are robustly designed and offer years of excellent performance without needed special maintenance. In order to meet special requirements of your applications, we custom design these hot plate magnetic stirrers; choice of parts are provided as optional with added price, this includes PID controller, stirring stand, quality certifications etc.
