USES AND APPLICATION

CBR052 is a unique ethoxylated and propoxylated polydimethylsiloxane. CBR052 is a 30% active water dispersible silicone defoamer. By grafting silica directly onto the silicone backbone this product exhibits excellent long lasting defoaming properties without spotting. CBR052 is most active above 60o C. Uses include metal working fluids, cutting oils, textile and pulp & paper. Because this is a silicone polyether, it gives excellent anti-wear results in water based metal working fluids. It also exhibits excellent stability in both high and low pH based cleaners. It is important to mix product prior to use.
