INTRODUCTION

CBA007 Cutting Oil Additive is Oil Soluble Additive. It is a brown colour, naphthenic

or paraffinic oil soluble, a premium, cutting oil additive. It is a true synthetic

metalworking coolant capable of easily handling most grinding, sawing, turning,

boring, milling and drilling operations. Cutting Oil Additive forms a stable

translucent solution over a wide range of water hardness and temperatures. This

clarity greatly enhances work piece visibility. This unique formula is non-corrosive to

steel, cast iron, brass, copper, aluminium and carbide tooling.

Its emulsifier mixes readily with water to form stable emulsions and has best rustpreventative

properties. It is inhibited against foaming. This product is suitable for a

wide range of metal cutting and grinding operations. It will effectively remove heat

from the work piece and can be applied as a stream, or in mist form.

CBA025 is an fork and shock absorber oil additive package. The special additive

package protects against foam and guarantees an application also in the low

temperature range. The product guarantees an ideal damping, safe handling

characteristics as well as excellent sliding properties.

The primary function of fork oil is to provide damping and not lubrication, of course

it lubricates some of the internal moving parts, but that is its secondary function.

For this reason, the fork oil grade will be determined by the damping requirements

and not by its lubricating requirements.

CBA014 UTTO is a modern Universal Tractor Transmission Oil for transmissions, hydraulics, final drives and wet brake systems. CBR013 Polyisobutylene Succinimide (PIBSI) is a Dispersant additive used in lubricant oils, premium diesel fuel and heating oil. It reduces deposit formation, less oil oxidation, and less viscosity increase.

An ashless dispersant additive with external thermal stability with low chlorine content. It diffuses sludge, carbon, soot, oxidation products, and other deposit precursors in engine oils.

In industrial applications, it helps suspend dirt and other insoluble particles, decreasing the surface tension between liquids and solids. It is additionally used for emulsification properties also.
