INTRODUCTION

CBR005 Friction Modifier is a deep brown colored liquid composed of an oil-soluble organic molybdenum dialkyl dithiophosphate complex. Friction Modifier is widely used as a lubricant additive in greases and oils, including engine and industrial oils. CBR005 FM provides excellent antioxidation and friction-reducing properties, even under extreme pressure and high temperatures. CBR005 FM has excellent anti-wear properties and low phosphorus content. The recommended dosing level is 0.2 1.0 % for lubricant oils and 1.0 3.0 % for greases. Note that this oil is not recommended for paraffin-based oils. CBA Friction modifier enhances friction capability of oil.It reduces friction between metal parts.It forms film on parts.It is effective on both ferrous and nonferrous metals.

INTRODUCTION CBA006 Polyisobutylene (PIB) is a synthetic hydrocarbon polymer that's used in a variety of applications, including lubricants: Base oils and thickeners: PIBs in their stable form are used as base oils and thickeners in lubricants. Additives: PIBs in their more reactive form are used to create additives for lubricants. Viscosity index improvers: PIBs are used to improve viscosity index. Anti-mist agents: PIBs are used as anti-mist agents in metalworking fluids. High-viscosity base oil: PIBs are used as high-viscosity base oil in gear oils, grease, marine oil, and two-stroke engine oils.

TBN-400 CALCIUM has the advantages of excellent neutralization power & high temperature detergency and rust preventive property. CBR012 can be mainly used for blending high and medium grade lubricating oil used in internal combustion engines, marines Diesel generating set and the engines which use fuel with high sulphur content so that lacquer and carbon residue deposits accumulated in the combustion chamber of the engines are not only greatly reduced, but also the cleanliness of the pistons can be maintained. Corrosion to the engine parts by acidic matters also can be prevented and its service time can be prolonged. Better compounding synergistic effect can be obtained with the addition of ashless dispersant, anti-oxidant and corrosion inhibitor.

• CBR012 can be successfully incorporated in Rust Preventive oil formulation to combat acid fume environment as well as Salty atmosphere protections.

CBR018 is an oil concentrate of a synthetic long chain copolymer recommended primarily as a tackiness improver for wide range of lubricants, greases, and cable jelly & specialty products particularly where excellent tackiness & lubricity at wide range of temperature along with moderate shear stability is desired.

In this respect, CBR018 exhibits outstanding characteristics and controls the tackiness over wide temperature range & friction forces due to specific strong film stabilities.

It helps in preventing spattering, dripping and wiping off from surface of the systems.

Also it helps to restrict bleeding of lubricants or greases operated at high temperature & high speed due to high Tackiness & lubricity. It has good Insulating performance.

CBR018 can be used in several industrial lubricants and greases like rust preventives, wire rope lubricants, cable jelly, chain oils, textile machine oils, rock drilling oils, open gear compounds and railroad greases etc.

It gives excellent anti-splashing properties to textile yarn during high speed weaving process thus extends higher pick up and controlled splashing.

CBR018 improves water washout performance in Lubricants, Greases, and Rust preventives.

DOSAGE%- 0.1-2.0% as per performance requirements.

CBA004 is an automotive cum industrial grade gear oil additive based on sulfur and phosphorous additive chemistry; it is based on clean gear, multifunctional technology, it can therefore be used in lower dosage for both industrial and automotive gear oils, it provides extended drain and increased protection and lower deposits.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Based on extensive data from lab and field testing we recommend CBA004 at appropriate dosage can meet the specifications of GL 4/GL 5, MAN 342 M2 (160, 000 km. drain) ZF TE-ML 05A, 7A, 12E, 16B, C & D, 17B, 19B, 21A In industrial grade it can meet AISE 224, David Brown S1.53.101 (E) AGMA 9005-E02 and Strong FAG FE-8

Rust and Corrosion Inhibitor Additve for Oil is an additive for industrial oil where Rust test is the prime requirements, CBA019 having addtional antirust properties basically due to reserve alkalinity type chemstry incorporated in to the formulations. it is generally suitable for formulations based on all types of industrial oils. it gives supreme lubricity with friction modifying properties and excellent anticorrosion and antirust properties.

CBR001 ZDDP is widely used in combination as corrosion inhibitor for formulation of

hydraulic oil, compressor oils, gear oils and other lubricants. It is used as

anti-corrosive and anti-oxidant component in lubricant oils and greases.

Due to its rheology characteristics its effective active range is between 140C to 450C.

It gives excellent synergism effects in combination with phenolic antioxidants which helps to prevent

wide spectrum low to high temperature oxidation.

Premium Chain Lube is a specially formulated mixture using high quality ingredients such as AFMT additive (Anti Friction Metal Treatment), which is an additive to prevent friction on metal, uses additives to remove rust that has formed on chains and also uses Steelgard materials, namely anti-rust and anti-corrosion additive that treats the metal surface from the inside through ions that chemically bond with the metal to form a thin protective layer that has excellent ability to resist friction, rust and corrosion.

Its provides excellent lubrication for longer duration. It penetrates the chain sprockets and forms friction reducing film to provide heavy duty lubrication under heavy load and pressures. It adheres onto chains at high rotation speeds providing long lasting lubrication. The product penetrates and provides superior lubrication. Protects against corrosion and is high pressure resistant. It is non-staining. It does not contain any silicones, ozone depleting chemicals or CFCs.

Applications

Formulated for automotive chains, Bowden cables, wire ropes of lifts and winches etc. Lubricant for open chain of bike driven at very high speeds. Ideal for standard chains and compatible with O-ring, X-ring and Z-ring. Lubricant for moving parts with added advantage of adhesion to surface.

Our product CBR013 Polyisobutylene Succinimides (PIBSI) which can also be used as Dispersant in Lubricating oil has beed recently redeveloped with improved quality.It is preferably used to reduces soot formation and improving the fuel efficiency/economy in lubricating oils. CBR010 is a Chlorine free Extreme Pressure Additive with High sulphur content. It has very good solubility in mineral oils, giving excellent extreme pressure (EP) property and thermal stability. It can be used in a variety of formulations alone or in in combination with other components/additives to prepare High performance Lubricants meeting various performance requirements for Greases, Gear oils, Metal working Fluids etc.

Dosage for the product varies from 0.5-5% depending on application with upto 10% for some applications.
