Flameproof motor with flameproof operating panel.
Discharge provided on left or right side ( as per customer requirement.
Jacketed container for circulation of hot or cold water, with temperature sensing port for product. Jacket made out of SS304 & insulated with SS304.
PLC based power panel with touch screen based operating panel for process automation.
A. C. Frequency drive ( VFD ) for both motor variable speed of stirrer & granulator.
Binder preparation vessel with spray system.
Container with T/C end joint to collect the material from machine.
Inspection light lamp facility.

  • All internal contact parts are made out of SS304 / SS316 or SS316 L & polished to the mirror finish.
  • Electrically controlled power & operating panel.
  • A high-speed granulator is inserted horizontally through wall of bowl to assist blending of powder and to break the product to the granules of required size.
  • Inbuilt water flushing system at main stirrer shaft & granulator shaft for cleaning of shaft sealing during change over of product, with facility of built in drain tube for wash water.
  • Granulator motor is provided with a removable stainless steel shroud, which covers the motor and simplify cleaning.
  • All moving part of the machine are totally enclosed to eliminate accident.
  • The machine can not be started unless and until the mixer cover is properly closed.
  • Flush wall type discharge valve eliminates pockets at the port of discharge valve.

CHITRA Oscillating Granulators, /b> is available in two models - CEOG - 200 and CEOG - 400, for Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Food and Fertilizer Industries. This machine gives high output with less percentage of fines and has the salient features like Robust Simple and Compact design, Easy installation in production line, Uniform granules, Maintenance free and can be attached with Vacuum loading and discharge arrangement or Gravity flow system. The granulating chamber and internal parts are totally washable from inside. The inner surfaces are mirror polished to prevent adherence of the product and facilitate cleaning. Sliding rails and fast fixing devices allow easy mounting and dismantling of the accessories. Compared to other conventional models available, this machine is the best in terms of high output, minimum fines, low noise level while working, closed and compact to prevent powder leaking out, dust free operation, oscillates at low speed thus preventing excess heat generation and is designed for easy introduction in production line and continuous non-stop operation. This machine can be used for Dry and Wet granulation and have a wide field of application. The oscillating motion of rotor gives uniform granules with less fines. Granule size varies as per the perforation of sieves. The simple design of Rotor and Sieve mounting facilitates easy cleaning and quick change over. Externally fitted bearing housings prevent the product coming into contact with bearing lubricants and hence the granules will be completely free of black particles.
