We are instrumental in manufacturing and supplying carbon black content apparatus. Used for adding carbon black content in a right amount to plastic materials, the carbon black content apparatus is reliable and have a longer life. As carbon black is essential filler in plastic materials, our carbon black content apparatus acts as pigment and an uv absorber. Although the level of addition is determined by the plastics behavior but, the apparatus needs to be well controlled as well. Thus determining the percentage of carbon black content in given polymer mass. The method consists of pyrolysing the sample in an inert atmosphere and considering the gravimetric difference. construction particularly effective for polyolefin and polyethylene, these carbon black content apparatuses comes with compact furnace with double thermal insulation along with imported high temperature quartz glass. Additionally, the temperature is controlled by electronic solid state controller and built in rate-of-rise device to avoid practically any over scoots and better temperature stability.
