The mud tanks are made of the side steel pipe, all of the structure can be folded without barrier and pegged reliably. The surface of the tank is equipped with a water pipeline for cleaning the surface and equipment on the tank, it uses soaked zinc processing for the expanded steel plate. The ladder is made of channel steel to take responsibility the body, the foot board is made of expanded steel plate. The two-sided guard rail are installed the safe suspension hook. The mud tank is designed the standard shanty to prevent the sand and the rain. The pipeline is installed in the tank to preserve the warm air heat.

  • The tanks are generally open-top and have walkways on top to allow a worker to traverse and inspect the level of fluids in the tanks. The walkways also allow access to other equipments that are mounted on the top. Recently, offshore drilling rigs have closed-in tanks for safety. The mud tank plays a critical role in mechanically removing destructive solids and sediment from costly land and offshore drilling systems.
  • A tank is sectioned off into different compartments. Gypsum Granulation Plants

The Mineral Gypsum or Phospho Gypsum is Screened for lumps. The lumps are crushed fine. The powder is mixed with the binder and hardener and transferred to the granulator. In the granulation drum a very fine spray of water is done on rolling material at its angle of repose. Some coating of powder over the small nuclei / particles takes place. The size of granules are controlled as More spray, bigger granule. Less spray small granule. This duration of this process is controlled as per requirement. The material is then taken to dryer drum where the hot air generated in the furnace is passed through it. The dried material is cooled in cooler drum by passing ambient air through it .   • A truss is composed of triangles because of the structural stability of its shape and design.   • It offers protection to people, goods and machinery.
  • It is non-combustible and has higher tensile strength that makes it stronger against accidents like fire and natural calamities like earthquakes and hurricanes.

Details of the roofing :

  • This system doesn't demand any supporting structure, i.e. a truss.
  • No overlapping joint is required at any side/s (i.e. longitudinal or transverse).
  • The sideways joint is seamed by a machine, hence one cannot see any joint.
  • No hole is driven into the sheet.
  • The hole is driven at the end of the sheet, to pass the bolts to tightening, which is rested exactly over the RCC gutter beam.


Erection and fixing :

  • Imported galvalume sheets are cut to required sizes and moulded to the required shape, from galvalume coils. Two sheets are seamed together by placing hangers (this will facilitate receiving the lighting instruments). Sheets are lifted with a mobile tower crane and held in position till bolts are fixed at the ends into the RCC gutter through galvalume sheets, after tightening the bolts; epoxy coating is applied to the sheets where the bore is drilled.
  • The next panel is lifted and aligned in line with earlier panels; then, bolts are driven into the RCC beam.
  • The procedure is continued till one reaches the edge of the other end.
  • Then, the gable wall is constructed or the opening is covered with the sheets/structural glazing.
  • The lighting fixtures are then fixed /attached to the hangers.

Factory assembled double skin insulated metal cladding made up of 0.45mm TCT (Total Coated Thickness) Colour coated GI sheets for outer and inner skins. Sheets having yield strength of 240MPA, galvanizing of zinc 120GSM and high density polyurethane Foam is sandwiched with continuous production method for maximum thermal efficiency. Standard cover width of panel is 1000mm while length will be as per the site requirement say up to max. 12 mtrs. A ball mill is a type of grinder used to grind and blend materials for use in mineral dressing processes, paints, pyrotechnics, ceramics and selective laser sintering.

A ball mill works on the principle of impact and attrition :

  • Size reduction is done by impact as the balls drop from near the top of the shell. A ball mill, a type of grinder, is a cylindrical device used in grinding (or mixing) materials like ores, chemicals, ceramic raw materials and paints.
  • Ball mills rotate around a horizontal axis, partially filled with the material to be ground plus the grinding medium. Different materials are used as media, including ceramic balls, flint pebbles and stainless steel balls.
  • An internal cascading effect reduces the material to a fine powder. Industrial ball mills can operate continuously, fed at one end and discharged at the other end. Large to medium-sized ball mills are mechanically rotated on their axis, but small ones normally consist of a cylindrical capped container that sits on two drive shafts (pulleys and belts are used to transmit rotary motion). A rock tumbler functions on the same principle.

  • Ball mills are also used in pyrotechnics and the manufacture of black powder, but cannot be used in the preparation of some pyrotechnic mixtures such as flash powder because of their sensitivity to impact. High-quality ball mills are potentially expensive and can grind mixture particles to as small as 5 nm, enormously increasing surface area and reaction rates.
  • The grinding works on the principle of critical speed. Milk powder manufacture is a simple process now carried out on a large scale. It involves the gentle removal of water at the lowest possible cost under stringent hygiene conditions while retaining all the desirable natural properties of the milk - colour, flavour, solubility, nutritional value. Whole (full cream) milk contains, typically, about 87% water and skim milk contains about 91% water. During milk powder manufacture, this water is removed by boiling the milk under reduced pressure at low temperature in a process known as evaporation. The resulting concentrated milk is then sprayed in a fine mist into hot air to remove further moisture and so give a powder. Preheating : The next step in the process is "preheating" during which the standardised milk is heated totemperatures between 75 and 120_C and held for a specified time from a few seconds up to several minutes (cf. pasteurisation: 72_C for 15 s). Preheating causes a controlled denaturation of the whey proteins in the milk and it destroys bacteria, inactivates enzymes, generates natural antioxidants and imparts heat stability. The exact heating/holding regime depends on the type of product and its intended end-use. High preheats in WMP are associated with improved keeping quality but reduced solubility. Preheating may be either indirect (via heat exchangers), or direct (via steam injection or infusion into the product), or a mixture of the two. Indirect heaters generally use waste heat from other parts of the process as an energy saving measure.

Evaporation : In the evaporator the preheated milk is concentrated in stages or "effects" from around 9.0% total solids content for skim milk and 13% for whole milk, up to 45-52% total solids. This is achieved by boiling the milk under a vacuum at temperatures below 72_C in a falling film on the inside of vertical tubes, and removing the water as vapour. This vapour, which may be mechanically or thermally compressed, is then used to heat the milk in the next effect of the evaporator which may be operated at a lower pressure and temperature than the preceding effect. Modern plants may have up to seven effects for maximum energy efficiency. More than 85% of the water in the milk may be removed in the evaporator. Evaporators are extremely noisy because of the large quantity of water vapour travelling at very high speeds inside the tubes.

Spray Drying : Spray drying involves atomising the milk concentrate from the evaporator into fine droplets.This is done inside a large drying chamber in a flow of hot air (up to 200_C) using either a spinning disk atomiser or a series of high pressure nozzles. The milk droplets are cooled by evaporation and they never reach the temperature of the air. The concentrate may be heated prior to atomisation to reduce its viscosity and to increase the energy available for drying. Much of the remaining water is evaporated in the drying chamber, leaving a fine powder of around 6% moisture content with a mean particle size typically of < 0.1 mm diameter. Final or "secondary" drying takes place in a fluid bed, or in a series of such beds, in which hot air is blown through a layer of fluidised powder removing water to give product with a moisture content of 2-4%. Precautions must be taken to prevent fires and to vent dust explosions should they occur in the drying chamber or elsewhere. Such explosions can be extremely dangerous to life, property and markets.

Packaging and Storage : Milk powders are immensely more stable than fresh milk but protection from moisture, oxygen, light and heat is needed in order to maintain their quality and shelf life. Milk powders readily take up moisture from the air, leading to a rapid loss of quality and caking or lumping. The fat in WMPs can react with oxygen in the air to give off-flavours, especially at higher storage temperatures (> 30_C) typical of the tropics. Milk powder is packed into either plastic-lined multi-wall bags (25 kg) or bulk bins (_ 600 kg). WMPs are often packed under nitrogen gas to protect the product from oxidation and to maintain their flavour and extend their keeping quality. Packaging is chosen to provide a barrier to moisture, oxygen and light. Bags generally consist of several layers to provide strength and the necessary barrier properties. Shipments of milk powder should never suffer prolonged exposure to direct sunshine especially in tropical countries. A few hours at elevated temperatures (> 40_C) during transshipment can negate many weeks of careful storage. Milk powders of various types are used in a wide range of products including the following.

  • Baked goods, snacks and soups
  • Cheese milk extension (powder is added to local fresh milk to increase the yield of cheese)
  • Chocolates and confectionery (e.g. milk chocolate)

  • This system doesn't demand any supporting structure, i.e. a truss.
  • No overlapping joint is required at any side/s (i.e. longitudinal or transverse).

  • No hole is driven into the sheet.
  • The hole is driven at the end of the sheet, to pass the bolts to tightening, which is rested exactly over the RCC gutter beam.


Erection and fixing :

  • Imported galvalume sheets are cut to required sizes and moulded to the required shape, from galvalume coils. Two sheets are seamed together by placing hangers (this will facilitate receiving the lighting instruments). Sheets are lifted with a mobile tower crane and held in position till bolts are fixed at the ends into the RCC gutter through galvalume sheets, after tightening the bolts; epoxy coating is applied to the sheets where the bore is drilled.
  • The next panel is lifted and aligned in line with earlier panels; then, bolts are driven into the RCC beam.
  • The procedure is continued till one reaches the edge of the other end.
  • Then, the gable wall is constructed or the opening is covered with the sheets/structural glazing.
  • The lighting fixtures are then fixed /attached to the hangers.

A ball mill works on the principle of impact and attrition :

It involves the gentle removal of water at the lowest possible cost under stringent hygiene conditions while retaining all the desirable natural properties of the milk - colour, flavour, solubility, nutritional value. Preheating : The next step in the process is "preheating" during which the standardised milk is heated totemperatures between 75 and 120_C and held for a specified time from a few seconds up to several minutes (cf. pasteurisation: 72_C for 15 s). Preheating causes a controlled denaturation of the whey proteins in the milk and it destroys bacteria, inactivates enzymes, generates natural antioxidants and imparts heat stability. The exact heating/holding regime depends on the type of product and its intended end-use. High preheats in WMP are associated with improved keeping quality but reduced solubility. Preheating may be either indirect (via heat exchangers), or direct (via steam injection or infusion into the product), or a mixture of the two. Indirect heaters generally use waste heat from other parts of the process as an energy saving measure.

Evaporation : In the evaporator the preheated milk is concentrated in stages or "effects" from around 9.0% total solids content for skim milk and 13% for whole milk, up to 45-52% total solids. This is achieved by boiling the milk under a vacuum at temperatures below 72_C in a falling film on the inside of vertical tubes, and removing the water as vapour. This vapour, which may be mechanically or thermally compressed, is then used to heat the milk in the next effect of the evaporator which may be operated at a lower pressure and temperature than the preceding effect. Modern plants may have up to seven effects for maximum energy efficiency. More than 85% of the water in the milk may be removed in the evaporator. Evaporators are extremely noisy because of the large quantity of water vapour travelling at very high speeds inside the tubes.

Spray Drying : Spray drying involves atomising the milk concentrate from the evaporator into fine droplets.This is done inside a large drying chamber in a flow of hot air (up to 200_C) using either a spinning disk atomiser or a series of high pressure nozzles. The milk droplets are cooled by evaporation and they never reach the temperature of the air. The concentrate may be heated prior to atomisation to reduce its viscosity and to increase the energy available for drying. Much of the remaining water is evaporated in the drying chamber, leaving a fine powder of around 6% moisture content with a mean particle size typically of < 0.1 mm diameter. Final or "secondary" drying takes place in a fluid bed, or in a series of such beds, in which hot air is blown through a layer of fluidised powder removing water to give product with a moisture content of 2-4%. Precautions must be taken to prevent fires and to vent dust explosions should they occur in the drying chamber or elsewhere. Such explosions can be extremely dangerous to life, property and markets.

Packaging and Storage : Milk powders are immensely more stable than fresh milk but protection from moisture, oxygen, light and heat is needed in order to maintain their quality and shelf life. Milk powders readily take up moisture from the air, leading to a rapid loss of quality and caking or lumping. The fat in WMPs can react with oxygen in the air to give off-flavours, especially at higher storage temperatures (> 30_C) typical of the tropics. Milk powder is packed into either plastic-lined multi-wall bags (25 kg) or bulk bins (_ 600 kg). WMPs are often packed under nitrogen gas to protect the product from oxidation and to maintain their flavour and extend their keeping quality. Packaging is chosen to provide a barrier to moisture, oxygen and light. Bags generally consist of several layers to provide strength and the necessary barrier properties. Shipments of milk powder should never suffer prolonged exposure to direct sunshine especially in tropical countries. A few hours at elevated temperatures (> 40_C) during transshipment can negate many weeks of careful storage. Milk powders of various types are used in a wide range of products including the following.

  • Baked goods, snacks and soups
  • Cheese milk extension (powder is added to local fresh milk to increase the yield of cheese)
  • Chocolates and confectionery (e.g. milk chocolate)
