Our Product / Services
Our product range contains a wide range of Solar Steam Cooking System and Solar Air Heater
The Solar PTC Steam Cooking System uses Parabolic Trough Collectors to concentrate sunlight and generate high temperature steam for cooking applications. Parabolic trough collectors focus solar radiation onto a receiver tube containing water or a heat transfer fluid. The concentrated sunlight heats the fluid and produces steam that is delivered to kitchen steam cookers or boilers. Parabolic trough technology is a proven method to reach high temperatures required for steam cooking.
Advantages
1. High thermal efficiency with concentrated solar energy delivering rapid steam production at cooking temperatures.
2. Reduces consumption of conventional fuels such as LPG, diesel, or wood, lowering energy costs.
3. Zero or very low emissions during operation, supporting sustainability goals.
4. Suitable for large volume cooking for institutional and community kitchens.
5. Can integrate with existing steam cooking equipment via insulated piping.
6. Simple design with low maintenance requirements compared to conventional fuel systems.
Applications
1. Institutional kitchens such as those in schools, colleges, hostels, and universities.
2. Community canteens and large dining halls.
3. Hospitals and healthcare facility kitchens.
4. Industrial canteens and large scale catering services.
5. Religious and social service kitchens serving hundreds to thousands of meals per day.
The GGES Solar Air Heating System is designed to generate hot air using solar energy through Flat Plate Collectors similar to Solar Water Heater panels, designed and manufactured specifically for air heating applications. The system integrates collectors, blower, ducting, and process control to deliver consistent and efficient industrial hot air.
SYSTEM OVERVIEWThe system uses specially designed Flat Plate Solar Air Collectors where ambient air flows through specially designed channels with high-absorptivity coated absorber. Solar radiation heats the absorber surface, transferring thermal energy directly to flowing air.
A centrifugal blower forces ambient air through the collector array. The heated air is then delivered via insulated ducting to the industrial process, drying chamber, space heating system, or pre-heating application.
MAJOR COMPONENTS· Flat Plate Solar Air Collectors with transparent cover and insulated casing
· High efficiency absorber plate with air flow channels
· Centrifugal blower / fan with optional VFD control
· GI/MS insulated ducting with dampers
· Temperature/Pressure sensors and control panel
· Hybrid backup integration (Electric / Steam / Furnace) if required
HOW DOES IT WORK?1. Ambient air is drawn into the system through the air intake section.
2. The blower pushes air through Flat Plate Solar Air Collectors.
3. Solar energy heats the absorber plate.
4. Heat is transferred to the flowing air inside the collector channels.
5. Hot air is collected in the outlet header duct.
6. Heated air is supplied directly to the industrial process.
7. During low solar radiation, hybrid backup ensures uninterrupted operation.
