Harsh steel manufactures, supply and export Stainless Steel Tubes in austenitic, duplex and nickel alloy seamless and welded steel tubes both from coil and from plate. During continuous production from coil, in one single operation the base material can be formed into a tube, welded, heat-treated and subjected to non-destructive testing. All tubes are pickled and passivated in our 13 meter long with outsourced pickling facilities. Stainless Steel and duplex tubes are available in following grades 304/304L and 316/316L/316TI, 409, 410, , 430, 309, 310s, 321, 347, 321, 904L, 2205, 2304, 316Ti, 316H, 317L. Alloy 20, Alloy 330, Alloy 286 and all Duplex Stainless steel grades and Super Duplex grades along with Nickel alloy and Titanium.
Following sizes of stainless steel tubes can be produced in stainless Steel by Harsh Steel:The stainless steel tubes can be manufactured in fixed lengths & random lengths between 4 & 12 meter. Stainless steel Pipes with an outside diameter between 6" (168, 3 mm) and 80" (2032 mm). Harsh steel stocks Stainless steel tubes and standard piping which is ordered in accordance with ASME/ASTM SA/A312 with dimensions and weights in accordance with ASME B36.19. ASME B 36.10 available on request. Lengths of tube are standard 6 meters. We stock austenitic grades in 304L and 316L. Other grades such as Duplex, High Nickel Alloys, heat resistant stainless steels, 904L can be sourced internationally accordance with the customer requirements. Harsh Steel has its very own large bore tube plant that can produce piping from 12 inches to 80 inches diameter in full 6 meter lengths to any International Specification or customer requirement. Heat exchanger tubing can be supplied to client's request. Heat exchanger tubing is available at Harsh Steel in Ferritic, Austenitic or Duplex steels. It can be welded or seamless. The most commonly requested specs are ASTM A269, ASTM A268, ASTM A249, and ASTM A213. Harsh Steel Stainless steel tube sizes vary from 304/L and 316/L tube in sizes " through 36", in Schedules 05S through 80S and larger. Our tubing inventory consists of 6" and 8" OD tubing with wall thicknesses ranging from .083" to .120". We offer Alloy 317L tube stocked in sizes 6" through 12", in Schedules 10S and 40S. In addition to all these different sizing offerings, we also have other 300 series grades available from inventory, in case you do not find exactly what you are looking for.
Harsh steel manufactures ERW (Welded) stainless steel tubes and Tubes from single stainless steel plates in the following size range:Harsh steel material range includes high performance austenitic stainless steel, high temperature austenitic stainless steel, duplex & super duplex stainless steel and nickel alloy grades. The tubes can be produced in single random or double random lengths. Furthermore harsh steel has fully automatic welding equipment to make circumferential welds to enable the supply of double random lengths with a maximum length of 12 meter.
