The CHATILLON® mechanical force gauge is ideal for a wide range of force testing applications. Based on our popular DPP Series force gauge, the LG Series features a larger, 2.25-inch dial for improved resolution and readability, peak hold button, ergonomic shape and improved accuracy of +0.5% of full scale. The LG gauge is an excellent, economical solution for tensile or compression testing.
The durable, plastic housing fits naturally in the hand for a comfortable and firm grip even at maximum loads. Gauges may be mounted to a test stand for even greater control and consistent results in repetitive testing applications. The easy to read concentric dial measures clockwise only. Dial rotates 360-degrees for taring. A peak hold button captures peak readings and can be easily and quickly returned to zero. A mechanical overload feature protects the gauge from damage. Available in lbf, kgf or N units of measure.
The Chatillon Digital Force Gauge Series marks a new era in digital force measurement. This compact, easy-to-use force gauge is designed for economy applications without compromising functionality. Ideal for hand held or test stand applications. The gauges are available with capacities from 10 N to 2500 N.
The gauge is features an integral load cell with a measurement accuracy of better than 0.25% FS. A large, easy-to-read, high resolution dot matrix LCD full color display supports a variety of standard gauge functions including normal and peak readings, high/low limits, set points, pass/fail results, statistical results, load cell actuation and direction. Loads are displayed in ozf, gf, lbf, kgf and N units. The display can be inverted and displayed results may be hidden from the operator.
The Chatillon DFS II Series with remote STS carries all of the features of the DFS II in a package that provides the user with the ability to perform torque measurements. The DFS II-R-ND allows the user to change STS sensors adding the flexibility of having one base indicator and several load cells to meet different testing needs. The head unit can also be used with SLC load cells providing one unit to perform all force and torque testing.

This compact, easy-to-use force gauge is designed for basic and complex applications. Ideal for handheld or test stand applications, the DFS II may be equipped with integral load cells or smart remote sensors for load measurement or torque measurement. Measurement accuracy is better than 0.1% full scale in integral load cell or dedicated remote model.
