Product Description

Bubble guardsheet is a definitive solution for the rigid packing system. It is a product that has thestrength, rigid shape, definitive structure and occupies least space whilst giving maximumprotection.

Bubble guardalso referred to as Mettwrap/Metal Wrap or Rigid bubble sheet is made fromPolypropylene and has three layers. The outer and the inner layer is sheet of PP which holds thesolid rigid hollow bubble that provides strength and shape to the sheet. It is used in a number ofapplications including packaging of steel coils, packaging separators, false ceiling, wall panels, doorpanels, wood protectors, floor protectors, wall facing boards, printing and other applications.

Storage

Recommend indoor storage at maximum 300 C in stores which is clean, dry and ventilated. Storageperiod in the original package is 12 months. This product like any other polyethylene products canbe harmed during storage by excessive heat, moisture and dirt. A cool, dry and clean area issuggested. If the contents become damp, it will be necessary to dry the total container and contentsbefore use.

VCI Bubble Sheet Or Bags

VCI Plastic Bubble sheetsand bags are used where cushioning against damages is required on the packed parts and components. Bubble sheets have a high advantage of thickness to weight ratio and work out to be highly economical compared to alternate packaging materials such as corrugations. The product is fully recyclable as it is made from Polyethylene.VCIadditive in the film enable it fight corrosion for upto 10 years.
