It provides long-term protection against corrosion even in the presence of adverse conditions including salt, moisture, airborne contaminants, H2S, SO2, NH3 and others. | ||
APPLICATION METHOD VCI Emitter 4200is extremely simple and convenient to install. The device should be installed at the earliest possible time. Simply select a space within any enclosure where corrosion protection would be useful. Verify the surface to which the device will be affixed is clean and free of debris.VCI Emitter 4200emitters can be installed in any position direct contact with metal parts should be avoided. For volumes greater than 5 cubic feet, use more than one device. If the enclosure is not totally airtight, or if the access doors are opened frequently, replace theVCI Emitter 4200device more often than every year. | ||

RUST-X TECTONICis a brownish black liquid which can be applied with a brush on the parts to be protected or can beapplied by dipping the parts. The liquid forms a black protective layer on the part which can be degreased with solvents.
TectonicQuick Dry, dries very quickly after application on the components and forms a non scratch-able film after 1-2minutes of application.
TECTONICmolecules are highly hydrophobic and retard the moisture or water permeation through the layer formed.TECTONICis highly active against acidic fumes and provides excellent corrosion protection in the acidic environments suchas pickling areas or sea humidity.
This can be used to protect structures, chemical plants and equipment's that are intended for outdoor storage or are locatedin open areas and need protection. It can also be coated on automotive components which require high level of protectionsuch as under bodies, gears, axles, transmissions etc. These can also be used to protect unpacked refinery equipment oilpipeline equipment and valves, off shore refinery parts which are not painted or coated and require protection or during thestorage while commissioning, for lay-up during shut downs and also on heat exchangers, wind mills and automotives.

RPA 4600is a water soluble rust preventive agent which can be added to water between 0.5%-10% concentration depending upon the criticality of product, operation of manufacturing & usage for prevention of corrosion on Steel and Aluminum and period of life.
This can be used as a leak testing additive, can be added to re-circulating cooling water, boilers, heat exchangers, cutting oil tanks and any other water systems to avoid corrosion caused due to water.
The product can be be easily tested by adding 2-3% in water and keeping a metal part submerged in this water and comparing to another beaker with a similar metal part submerged but withoutRPA 4600. Within 2-3 hours the results can be seen and the metal part in water having 2-3%RPA 4600concentration will never get rusted even for months compared to the one submerged in normal water which will rust within 2-3 hours. |

Water based rust preventive are the latest generation of Rust Prevention Oils which are also eco-friendly. This is due to ability of mixing with high water content & solvent free product which upon evaporation does not harm the environment & doesnt release CFCs or gases that may harm the environment.
The WRP 910 Conc. is delivered as a brown emulsion that has to be mixed with H2O in 1:10 to 1:5 concentration. The final film left after application allows water to evaporate and forms a rust preventive film.
WRP 910 Conc. is corrosion preventive for medium to short term and can be spray or dip applied on to the components.
WRP 910 Conc. also contains VCI chemicals which also work in vapour phase and prevents corrosion inareaswhich may not have been directly contacted with the rust preventive.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Exports of automotive components are a very critical task which requires specialized Rust Preventive Packaging schemes in synergism with highly effective rust preventive oils. RUSTX-EX Export Grade oils have higher, faster and longer duration of effective chemicals that protect the metallic components from saline atmospheres during sea transportation as well as long-term storage. RUSTX 135 series oils contain VCI chemicals which work in contact phase as well as in the vapour phase and protect components by its dual action. RUSTX - 135 A - Ex rust preventive oil is used where dry to touch feel on the component is required without the need to wash the component before fitting. The thin layered rust preventive also reduces the amount of dust accumulation on the part as well as is an excellent rust preventive for OE supplies where assembly line use of the components is required. |
APPLICATION METHOD: Dipping by far is the best method for establishing an even layer on the component. Other methods may be used such as spraying, Brushing, Automatic Conveyor & Spray Jet provided the complete surface of the component is coated with the rust preventive oil. 135 A Ex should be used with VCI packaging for best long term corrosion prevention results. Use of gloves while handling the components as well as immediate packaging is important. In case the components carry cutting oils or water from previous processes, dewatering with CL005 is recommended. |

RUST-X VCINeutracoat Xtremeis a latex based primer, which can be applied with a brush or spray on the parts to be protected. The compound first converts the corrosion and then leaves a latex based layer on the surface which has a high salt spray life. The total action time is approx. 1-3 hours depending on the environmental conditions in which it is applied. It is highly active against corrosion conversion for the most damaged products that are hard to shot blast, sand blast or phosphate and works in extreme environmental conditions and provides long-term corrosion protection to the parts on which it is applied. The liquid is transparent or can be of any chosen colour upon application.
The VCINeutracoat Xtremeremains liquid even after years of application. This therefore does not cause any dimensional changes on the part. The VCINeutracoat Xtremeis compatible with Engine, Hydraulic and Transmission fluids and does not cause any detrimental effect on the same. VCINeutracoat Extremeconverts the metal surface layer in a chelating layer that converts the surface into hydrophobic passive layer. This is later than converted into a solid film due to the presence of water based latex polymers that works like a primer and prevents further corrosion. If very high salt spray life is required, then the layer can be plated or applied with thicker paints either water or solvent based.
