We offer Vci Strength Fabric. RustX Strength Fabric is a woven fabric made on circular knitting machines from specialized high strength HDPE resin with dosages of UV protection and optical brighteners made from Virgin polymers The fabric is woven on automatic lines to ensure adequate strength is achieved by a Warp and Weft structure of the material. Strength fabric by its name is symbolic to not just the advantage of High Strength but also excellent moisture penetrations properties and oxygen transmissions. It is laminated on both sides with Poly Ethylene of approx 20 gsm-25 gsm on each side with a hot lamination process and cannot be easily peeled off Additives RustX Additives are REACH Approved and ROHS Compliant. All additives are produced under supervision of chemists.

Additives
RustX Additives are REACH Approved and ROHS Compliant. All additives are produced under supervision of chemists.
Strength Fabric is general white on the outside and blue on the inside unless there is a specific or customized colour preference by the client. Strength Fabric generally is available in 8x8 or 10x10 mesh which means there are 8 -10 HDPE fibers in each direction in a 1 sq inch area. It has an extremely low moisture peneteration and hence can be used for protection again rain, snow or water for longer durations. The double lamination both on inner and outer hence protect the package.
Markings RustX product is printed with RustX logo and patent numbers. All packages are printed with manufacturing date and shelf life of product.
StorageStore the product in cool dry place ideally inside a shed / warehouse with no exposure to direct sunglight, rain, moisture water and acidic environment and the product can be stored before use for upto 2 years.
Protective life span In case the product purchase is VCI Strength Fabric - the product can provide optimum corrosion prevention for a period of upto 10 years. REACH CertificationRustX Prodicts are free from secondary amines and nitrosaines and comply with the TRGS615 . They are also free from heavy metals like Cd, Cr, Pb, Hg, Cu and Mo. RustX VCI films are in line with the EU directives 94/62/EC and 2004/12/EG
Recylability This product can be shredded or granulated and falls under the classification LDPE04
