Dunnage Bagalso known as airbags, air cushions and inflatable bags are used to secure and stabilize cargo.Dunnage airbags consist of closed chambers made from an elstic film or PP and paper combination filled with air.When at rest, only the static load generated by the weight of the package contents bears upon the cushioning.When dynamic loads occur, these are absorbed by compression of the cushion.
PRODUCT TYPESPaper dunnage bags are made out of two components, an inner component that consists of a polyethylene inner bag, the outer component is a paper bag. The outer bag is made of the highest quality, light weight kraft paper of high tensile strength. Paper dunnage bags come in different strengths and varieties and can be made in any special size. The inner component provides optimum pressure and the outer component provides optimum strength. For use in the chemical industry paper dunnage bags can be polycoated. A polycoat will make the dunnage bag resistant to specific chemicals
Woven Polypropylene bags are extremely durable and can be used in dry and wet conditions.These bags are best for extreme heavy loads.Poly woven airbags have greater elasticity than Kraft paper dunnage airbags for more surface contact with the pallets. Poly woven airbags woven material provides greater tear strength, and superior moisture resistance than most other dunnage bag materials. Poly woven airbags typically have greater reuse opportunities, due to the durability of the woven material, and are recyclable.
The paper used on the outside of the bag is laminated on the inside with a woven polypropylene layer, which allows higher resistance to punctures and moisture
Copper Shieldis specialty gradeVCI papermeant for Copper Products, Brass, Bronze and items containing Zinc Plating, Silver, Nickel, Chrome, Aluminum or other platings.
Copper Shieldprotects the product due to the vapour corrosion inhibitng chemicals present within the micropores of thepaper which evaporate and forma multimolecular protective film which hinders and negates the effect of moisture and otherharmful gases that may cause tarnishing or corrosion.
Copper Shieldis a high end product available for specialized applications to protectcopper sheets, copper tubes, brassartifacts, copper coatedmig wire and bead wire, electrical copper strips, engine bearings that may contain copper, tin andaluminum, engine bushes, sopper strips for electrical applications as well as other multimetal plated articles.

RPA 4500is a water soluble rust preventive agent which can be added to water between 0.5%-10% concentration depending upon the usage for prevention of corrosion on metallic parts and period of life.
This can be used as a leak testing additive, can be added to re-circulated cooling water, boilers, heat exchangers, cutting oil tanks and any other water systems to avoid corrosion caused due to water.
The product can be be easily tested by adding 2-3% in water and keeping a metal part submerged in this water and comparing to another beaker with a similar metal part submerged but withoutRPA 4500. Within 2-3 hours the results can be seen and the metal part in water having 2-3%RPA 4500concentration will never get rusted even for months compared to the one submerged in normal water which will rust within 2-3 hours.
VCI sheetsandrollsare available in various sizesand can be used for wrapping large or small componentsor equipments and for covering corrugation/ honeycomb layers. |

Strength Fabric is general white on the outside and blue on the inside unless there is a specific or customized colour preference by the client. Strength Fabric generally is available in 8x8 or 10x10 mesh which means there are 8 -10 HDPE fibers in each direction in a 1 sq inch area. It has an extremely low moisture peneteration and hence can be used for protection again rain, snow or water for longer durations. The double lamination both on inner and outer hence protect the package.
Markings RustX product is printed with RustX logo and patent numbers. All packages are printed with manufacturing date and shelf life of product.
StorageStore the product in cool dry place ideally inside a shed / warehouse with no exposure to direct sunglight, rain, moisture water and acidic environment and the product can be stored before use for upto 2 years.

Humidity Indicator Cards(HICs) are printed with moisture sensitive spots which respond to levels of humiditywith a visible color change from blue to pink. The humidity inside dry packed barrier bags can be monitored byincluding anHICinside. When the bag is opened, the card can be examined for proper dryness inside the bag.This indicates that the barrier bag and desiccant functioned correctly.
Humidity indicatorcards allow fast visual inspection of the relative humidity within sealed packaging andcontainers. The indicators quickly and clearly change from blue to pink as relative humidity increases to unsafelevels. The cards can measure RH levels from 5% to 60%.

VCI filled bolt caps are plastic caps made of UV restistant plastic material and filled up with a preservative. When these are pressed on the bolt head, the VCI preservative flows out around the mating surface of the bolt and the flange area and protects the bolt, the threads and the flange thread from corrosion. The Jelly/Paste molecules are highly hydrophobic and do not allow moisture or water to permeate through the layer protecting the metal from corrosion. The Jelly/Paste is highly active against acidic fumes and provides excellent corrosion protection in the acidic environments such as pickling areas or sea humidity. The property of High Reserve Alkalinity allows for a heavy buffer against acidic fumes.
This can be used to coat structures and equipment which has to be placed in the open areas, undergo rough handling, unpacked refinery equipment, oil pipeline equipment and parts, off shore refineries, heat exchange, wind mill parts and other process equipment and parts.
