Disintegrator Plasters DSG A
The disintegrator is used to remove the refractory lining of the objects obtained with the method of melting wax lost and to recover the precious metal particles.

The machine consists of:
iron frame protected by anti-acid paint.polypropylene hood with interior lightingReversible receptacle in stainless steel, in which the cylinders are cooledpump for high pressure water (100 kg / cm 2 ) with pedal control, to remove the refractory lining from the grapes.container with bottom frustum in which the gypsum is crushed and filtered through a stainless steel micromesh, to retain the precious metal particlesdrain valve with quick release for the recovery of any pieces broken off from the bunches.
