Unity Application Soldering Powders BR BT

The plant serves for the application of the solder powder on the chains, remove excess solder and insulate them with talc.

It has three tumblers octagonal, in each of them can be placed two skeins. The tumblers have the ability to automatically reverse the motion of rotation, variable time, in order to prevent the entanglement of the chain. Two sieves are to contain the solder powder and the third for the talc.
The motion of rotation and revolution of the reels part gently, reaches its maximum speed and stop smoothly. The automatic reversal of the direction of rotation can 'be obtained every two, three, four, up to fourteen laps.
All these features offer significant advantages especially to the thin chains for which starting and abrupt reversal of motion is harmful.
