Beltkote belt dressing is a non-staining, high tack, water resistant, synthetic lubricant cum belt conditioning treatment for improving grippage and preventing belt slippage for all flat, round and v-belts. It improves traction, prevents premature belt wearing off and eliminates belt squeaking or squealing noises. It conditions worn belts, maintains their flexibility and resilience to hardness while reducing slippage, cracking and glazing.

 

Applications
For use on all round, flat & v-belts in fans, pumps, machines, conveyors, air conditioners, textile machines, compressors, generators in all industrial machinery, conveyor systems, motorised equipment and vehicles.

 

Directions for Use
Switch off the power and turn off the equipment beforespraying this product. Protective guards or covers may have to be removed in some instances. In such cases extreme caution must be observed to prevent accidents. Replace guards after application. Spray light, even film onto stationary belts from both the sides and may be applied to pulleys also. Allow few minutes for the solvents to evaporate before restarting the equipment. Reapply occasionally to maintain full power and to optimise belt life.

Applications

Directions for Use
Shake the can vigorously for a couple of minutes before spraying till the bearing noise from inside the container is audible. Repeat before every application. Spray onto a clean, dry and degreased surface. Only a thin film of this lubricant is required. Allow solvents to evaporate. Spray from a distance of 20-30 cms. Repeat if necessary. For cleaning the valve dip- tube after spraying, invert the can and depress the actuator button for a few short bursts till only the clear propellant comes out.

Molybdenum Disulfide Lubricant For Extreme Pressures

MOLYWET is a suspension of micro fine molybdenum disulfide solid film lubricant, extreme pressure additives and corrosion inhibitors in a special lubricating oil carrier. Applications

Directions
For Use Clean and degreased the surface prior to application. Remove all rust and loose scales by wire brush. Shake can well for a couple of minutes till bearing noise from inside the can is audible. Repeat the same before every application. Spray light, even coats with sweeping action of the hand onto completely dry surface. Allow solvents to completely evaporate before re- application. Optimum desired film thickness is about 2-3 mils. Drying time to touch is about 10-15 minutes, to handle is about one hour and for complete cure is about 24 hours. Flush away paint products or product residues in the dip tube of the valve by cleaning it. Cleaning of the valve should be performed after spraying is finished, by inverting the can and pressing the actuator button in short bursts till only the propellant comes out. If required, to prevent clogging, remove the actuator button and clean the button orifice with a thin, fine wire.

Allow time to penetrate contaminants and then rinse off with water. For heavily soiled parts, use a wire brush or an abrasive to remove excesses. Always clean the surface thoroughly with water to remove any residues left behind and never allow to dry on any surface. Test for compatibility on soft metals and plastic surfaces by checking on a small area.

Complete cure takes place in about 24 hours depending upon the relative humidity.


Directions For Use - Aerosol
Shake can vigorously for at least one minute after bearing noise from inside the can is audible. Mask and protect areas not to be coated. Hold can 12-15 inches away from surface to be coated and spray in steady, even strokes. For best results, two light coats are better than one heavy coat. Coating becomes dry to touch in about 15-20 minutes. Complete cure takes place in about 24 hours depending upon the relative humidity. Clean the valve by inverting the can and spraying a few short bursts till only the clear propellant comes out. Clean the actuator button orifice by means of a thin, fine wire.

Do not mix with conventional oils and greases.

Note METAPLAT is not for use as a lubricant for high-speed bearings. However it may be used for lubrication of heavily loaded bearings under very slow speeds.

DirectionsFor Use Clean and degreased the surface prior to application. Remove all rust and loose scales by wire brush. Shake can well for a couple of minutes till bearing noise from inside the can is audible. Repeat the same before every application. Spray light, even coats with sweeping action of the hand onto completely dry surface. Allow solvents to completely evaporate before re- application. Optimum desired film thickness is about 2-3 mils. Drying time to touch is about 10-15 minutes, to handle is about one hour and for complete cure is about 24 hours. Flush away paint products or product residues in the dip tube of the valve by cleaning it. Cleaning of the valve should be performed after spraying is finished, by inverting the can and pressing the actuator button in short bursts till only the propellant comes out. If required, to prevent clogging, remove the actuator button and clean the button orifice with a thin, fine wire.

Directions for Use Shake the can vigorously for a couple of minutes before spraying till the bearing noise from inside the container is audible. Repeat before every application. Spray onto a clean, dry and degreased surface. Only a thin film of this lubricant is required. Allow solvents to evaporate. Spray from a distance of 20-30 cms. Repeat if necessary. Excess lubricant may fall off during assembly. For cleaning the valve dip-tube after spraying, invert the can and depress the actuator button for a few short bursts till only the clear propellant comes out.

Methods of Application Clean and degrease the surface prior to application. Remove all coatings, greases, dirt, grime, loose rust and scales by means of a fine thin wire. Apply METAPLAT liberally by means of a stiff wire brush on to the surface and evenly right down to the roots of threads. Excessive compound provides a good sealing effect and need not be removed. Do not mix with conventional oils and greases.

Note METAPLAT is not for use as a lubricant for high-speed bearings. However it may be used for lubrication of heavily loaded bearings under very slow speeds.

Directions For Use (Aerosol only) Shut off equipment and turn off power before spraying. Spray thin, light and even coats onto clean, dry and moisture free surfaces to a thickness of about 0.4-0.5 mm. For optimum use, clean surface dry from moisture. Allow few minutes for solvent to completely evaporate before resuming operations. Removal of the film can be done by normal degreasing solvents.
