Method of Application Clean the sliding surfaces and friction points. Apply this paste with a brush or cloth and rub intensively on the metal surface to form a thin uniform film. Do not use in excess as is customary with greases. Do not mix with other oils or grease.

Methods of Application For optimal lubrication and adhesion, clean and degrease the surface of all previous residues, lubricants or contaminants with JETEX DG-50 heavy duty degreaser. Method of Application Clean and degrease the surface prior to application. Remove all coatings, greases, dirt, grime, loose rust and scales by means of a fine thin wire. JETEX SWR-12 grease is based on a special highly heat stable silicone fluid and soap thickener along with additives to impart extreme pressure properties and prevent high temperature oxidation. Applications For lubrication of rolling element bearings operating under light to moderate loads as in oven fans, exhaust motors, kiln pre-heaters, oil burners, textile slashers and driers, conveyors, washing machines, air conditioners, domestic appliances, data processing equipment, aircraft engines, radiator cooling fans, electrical motors, vacuum machines and plastic components.


Method of Application Apply on all clean sliding surfaces by normal greasing methods i.e. by brush, grease gun or dispense via centralised lubrication systems. Do not mix with other oils or grease.

It is a heavy duty grease with high quality lubricating graphite flakes and anticorrosive additives to withstand heavy loads in humid and hostile environment. It is highly adhesive and does not get washed away when exposed to water and weather. Also being electrically conductive, It can be recommended for heavy electrical applications.

This is a fully formulated Synthetic Spindle Oil especially designed for the lubrication of spindles blended with antirust and antistatic additives to provide long life and extremely low friction performance. It is a non- staning synthetic oil which does not leave any carbonaceous deposit. Due to its excellent lubricity it reduces the power requirement of high speed spindle drives.Temperature range (-400C to 1200C).

It is a semifluid, complex soap based high grade grease specially selected for its excellent response to variable speed drives to provide high antiwear and load carring capacities to the grease. It is also fortified with synergistic blend of other additives such as rust and corrosion inhibitors and antioxidants to provide an unsually good water repellency for rust protection and oxidation stability for high.

It is a synthetic grease compounded from fortified silicone oil thickened with a special lithium soap and E.P. Additives to meet the most critical Industrial applications, It is ideally suitable for very high speed and high temperature applications. It possesses an excellent, resistance to oxidation in corrosive atmosphere annd break down due to shear. It has outstanding water repellency characteristic for marine and humid atmosphere. It is far more inert and heat stable making it a life long lubricant. It is ideal for low torque bearings.
