Molybdenum Disulfide Lubricant For Extreme Pressures
MOLYWET is a suspension of micro fine molybdenum disulfide solid film lubricant, extreme pressure additives and corrosion inhibitors in a special lubricating oil carrier. It deposits a thin, non-drying film of MoS2 onto the surface to form a low friction and wear reducing shield that eliminates metal-to-metal contact and increases wear life of the equipment. MOLYWET does not contain any type of solvents, CFCs or any ozone depleting chemicals.

Applications

Directionsfor Use Shake the can vigorously for a couple of minutes before spraying. Repeat before every application. Spray onto a clean, dry and degreased surface in thin light coats. Spray using extension tube for pin-point application.

Synthetic Lubricant & Cleaner for Precision Textile Equipment
YARNLUBE spray is a non-staining synthetic lubricant cum cleaner for textile machinery parts such as scissors and cutting mechanisms of knotters and splicers in weaving, winding, spinning, sewing and knitting machinery where mechanisms are intricate and delicate and operating speeds are high.
It is useful for cleaning dirt, dust, fluff and provides a non-staining, anti static mild lubricating film for reducing wear and friction.

JETEX ABC-50 CLEANER is a multipurpose, non-abrasive, aqueous, biodegradable, cleaner / degreaser which can be further diluted with water to meet various cleaning applications.
It aggressively attacks and removes grease, oil, dirt, sludge and other light contaminants and allows to be rinsed off with water.
It does not contain any ozone depleting chemicals or chlorinated solvents and equals performance of solvent-based cleaners.

Dilution levels will vary subject to the type of surface, contaminant and contamination level of the surface being cleaned. Start at higher concentrations of JETEX ABC-50 CLEANER in water and work up to lower concentrations till satisfactory performance and cleaning is obtained.


Directions for Use Dilute the product by adding water to it. Stir mechanically with a stirrer if required. Apply product by brush, swab or by dipping components into the cleaner solution. Allow time to penetrate contaminants and then rinse off with water. For heavily soiled parts, use a wire brush or an abrasive to remove excesses. Always clean the surface thoroughly with water to remove any residues left behind and never allow to dry on any surface. Test for compatibility on soft metals and plastic surfaces by checking on a small area.

Applications

• Highly recommended for use on all threaded and flanged connections operating at very high temperatures and corrosive conditions to enable faster and rapid non destructive disassembly after long operational periods as in autoclaves, furnaces, boilers, reactors, turbines, extrusion mandrels, compressors, heat exchangers, gas generators, plastic moulding machines, chemical and steel plant equipment.

Directions for UseShake the can vigorously for a couple of minutes before spraying till the bearing noise from inside the container is audible. Repeat before every application. Spray onto a clean, dry and degreased surface. Only a thin film of this lubricant is required. Allow solvents to evaporate. Spray from a distance of 20-30 cms. Repeat if necessary. For cleaning the valve dip- tube after spraying, invert the can and depress the actuator button for a few short bursts till only the clear propellant comes out.

Methods of Application Clean and degrease the surface prior to application. Remove all coatings, greases, dirt, grime, loose rust and scales by means of a fine thin wire. Apply METAPLAT liberally by means of a stiff wire brush on to the surface and evenly right down to the roots of threads. Excessive compound provides a good sealing effect and need not be removed. Do not mix with conventional oils and greases.

Note METAPLAT is not for use as a lubricant for high-speed bearings. However it may be used for lubrication of heavily loaded bearings under very slow speeds.
