Our Chasers are manufactured as per international standards and cater to the requirements of tube and pipe mill industries. These chasers have accurate thread profile and correct parameters with respect to fitting and setting. Raw material used for these chasers is High Speed Steel (imported), generally M2 grade.

Our Saw Blades are manufactured from rolled steel sheet in Chrome-Vanadium Steel (80CrV2) or 75Cr1. These are called Friction Saws thanks to the friction generated between the teeth of the blade and the working metal. We offer a comprehensive range of dimensions: Diameter up to 1400 mm and thickness up to 10 mm. The blades are provided with uniform hardness.

Commonly used grades for Fin Discs are: D2, D3 or EN31. These materials are purposely used because Fins are always under constant wear and high stress due to the strip ends touching them on the periphery before butt welding. Thus, these are provided in hardened and ground state with a uniform hardness throughout. Also, special attention is paid during their heat treatment so that hardened fins are not bent and out of shape.

M.C. Tools has a rich background in manufacturing of Tube and Section Forming Rolls for ERW Tubes and SS Tubes. A dedicated team of experienced personnel to design these rolls, CNC machines for profiling and CNC wire-cut templates make these rolls highly precise and conforming to the standard required. The entire range of these rolls for the production of tubes with diameters ranges from 1/4" to 20” diameter for round pipes and up to 300 x 300 mm and 400 x 200 mm for square and rectangular pipes. Mostly, these are manufactured using material D2, D3 or EN31. The Welding Rolls are crafted using Hot Die Steel (H13) due to high working temperature. Shafts always support the revolving section of a mill. Since these shafts are subjected to bending, it should have high level of toughness, maximum strength and low stress concentration. To avoid breaking, Case Hardening of these shafts is practiced to maintain a soft core and a hard surface. Grades used are: EN9, EN19, EN24, EN353 and AISI 8620.
